This 3-bedroom/2-bathroom consists of a Primary Bedroom #1 with king bed, 54” Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom (remodeled in late 2023) with walk-in rain shower and handheld nozzle and double vanity sink. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and 44” Smart TV. Bedroom #3 has a full bed and 44” Smart TV. Bathroom #2 features a shower/tub combo.

Kitchen is fully stocked with a stainless-steel oven, microwave, blender, and toaster, both a drip and keurig coffee maker, and blender. Four seat island seating area to chat with the chef, two person breakfast table. Separate dining room area with seating for six. Newer appliances. Living room has comfy sofas. fireplace is decorative only and has a 70” Smart TV. There is a separate, private office with window facing backyard along with high-speed internet throughout the home on a multi-access point EERO network.

Chlorine 15' x 16' swimming pool and spa (heating optional) located in the completely walled off and private front courtyard with two lounge chairs and umbrella. In the backyard there is a separate area for relaxation, barbecuing (propane tank), and just enjoying the star gazing in the evenings. Washer and dryer for guest use. Garage parking is included to comfortable fit one car and a remote control is provided. Drive way and street parking available.

The city of La Quinta, California is known as the Gem of the Desert...home to 25 golf courses, 16 parks, and miles of hiking and biking trails, La Quinta is a truly remarkable place to visit. "The Cove" (i.e South La Quinta) features sprawling mountain views and plenty of outdoor activities to choose from. Enjoy the local restaurants and shopping in Old Town La Quinta just blocks away! Other things to note:

Small dog friendly with $100 non-refundable deposit to help offset professional carpet cleaning after. Please do not allow the dog on any furniture or bedding and ensure to pick-up their droppings.

- Pool heating available at $60 per day including spa. Spa only heating available at $35 per day. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 86 degrees. Please request and pay for the heating in advance in order to properly schedule. There is a 14-consecutive day minimum for pool and/or spa heating scheduling.

- Post stay housekeeping is for three-and-a-half hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay.

- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.

- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their drivers license at check-in.

- No mail box access is available. When placing an Amazon order kindly instruct them to deliver to Front Door and not on Sundays. USPS service is not available for guests. Use Fedex or UPS for front door deliveries.

Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available.
