This lovely condo features upscale coastal decor, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen and bath, and porcelain tile throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has everything the family chef will need for cooking and entertaining. The living area and bedroom have spacious 10-foot ceilings and access to a private patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening after a full day of play. The free WiFi will make it easy to research a fun outdoor adventure or download a fun playlist to your device for a trip to the community fitness center. Both the living area and bedroom are equipped with 55-inch flatscreen TVs. The bedroom contains a plush, king bed, a 55-inch flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in tiled shower and granite vanity top, and the living room provides a sofa with a queen-sized pull-out bed for extra guests.

Great lower location.

Bed needs to be replaced. Sewer/ septic smell in bathroom. But overall and great location. Easy access to beach and pool. Parking situation was great.

Very clean unit, we had a comfortable stay.

The room was great overall, but the mattress desperately needs to be replaced! Other than the mattress, we would rent this unit again!

Perfect get away

Absolutely love this condo. Very convenient location. Access from the patio to the outside was a plus. Pleasant, clean and comfy. I would recommend to tighten all the legs on the chairs and bench. They were all quite loose. Staff and residents were very nice and welcoming. We will be re-booking this condo for future endeavors.

Perfection location, room was nice. Only negative comment would be we could never find where to put our trash and the directions were not very clear. But it did not impact our stay. An amazing trip, at a great spot!! Loved the restaurant and the beach bar across the road. 10/10 would come back!

I was charged twice for my stay on my credit card, bedroom tv wouldn’t work, living room ceiling fan didn’t work, needed more towels, bedroom sliding door doesn’t lock- not good for a ground floor room.

Awesome Place!

Spacious unit, beautifully decorated and very convenient location within the resort. Easy to unload and load your luggage on arriving and departing. No climbing stairs or waiting on elevators. Just steps away from a gorgeous beach and you can park very close. We’ll definitely stay here again!

1st Vrbo

Everything was wonderful for my 1st time vrbo except for communication and the noise level coming from another condo community. This bed was so comfy! The location is fabulous! Cute condo. I asked the front desk, the day before departure, for departure instructions. I was told I would receive a text from Surfside resort about instructions. They told me I would also receive an email from vacasa, in which I never received either. Communication needs to be improved so that those who are new to renting aren't left wondering if everything was done correctly.

Unbelievable!

Everything about this place was unbelievable. The condo had all the amenities. Also, the private beach had chairs, umbrella's and of course the beach bar. We highly recommend this gem!

Amazing!

The condo was perfect, clean and cozy. It was great to have the beach only a few footsteps away. Also, the location is close to everything. The on site restaurant Royal Palm Grille was outstanding, along with the beach bar. We can't wait to come back and stay again!

We stayed over for a wedding 💑 from Thursday to Sunday Morning. 16-19

Everything was Superb it was home away from home. Everything was conveniently in place. Staff was nice .We left some shirts they called us to get my credit information to send it back to us. Over all we were very pleased with our time there and cleanliness. Beach access and near shopping 🛍 we must do again.

Good location but needs a lot of TLC

This was a great location as far as easy to get to everything. The condo was just sold so I hope the new owners consider some TLC that would make the stay 5 stars! The bathroom counter and mirrors weren’t cleaned. The deck needs to be power washed (mold). The vinyl slat blinds were awful - half broken, offer little privacy, & bang together making constant noise when ac or fans are on. There’s only 1 nightstand so I had to use my suitcase as a nightstand on my side. The closets are filled with clutter and half the hangers are broken / don’t work. The last day a man tried to come in our room and claimed he was maintenance. No one notified us of a maintenance call, he did not knock or announce himself, and it felt very uncomfortable! The neighbor seems to live there and sat on the back deck and talked on speaker phone every night after 10pm. A lot needs to be done to make this feel welcoming and worth the $. We felt like we were in a college dorm - loud, little privacy, half put together, & not secure.
