To reserve this property, the primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. If the reservation is made by someone under 21, a valid driver's license of an adult 21 or older must be presented in person at check-in, and that adult must be present for the duration of the stay.
If the accompanied adult over the age of 21 is not staying in the home, you will be subject to immediate eviction by police with no refund.
