The Summit at Tops’l 403 is a fourth-floor condo in Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Step out onto the spacious balcony and soak in the sound of the waves crashing on the shoreline!  This condo features a full kitchen with a dishwasher, stackable washer/dryer, granite countertops, double vanities in the master bedroom, and a balcony that is accessible from the living room and master suite! With a king bed in the master and two full beds in the second guest room, this lovely space sleeps 6. There is also a queen sized blow up mattress in the unit.  Make this your next beach vacation, and you'll be just steps from the pool and a short stroll (about 400 yards) to the beach!

Freshwater lakes, pine forests, towering sand dunes, and a host of wildlife occupy the area, nature trails that wind through the preserve, and more than three miles of breathtaking beaches. 

Be sure to check out the Village of Baytowne Wharf -- a beautiful 28-acre waterfront town center with a collection of unique shops, charming eateries, lively nightclubs, and year-round special events. Find an amazing array of things to do at Baytowne Wharf. Plenty to keep the kids happy – burn off some energy at the Adventure land Playground, test your courage at the Gulf Coast’s only zipline or ropes course at Baytowne Adventure Zone. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
