Spend your next vacation at Sand Dollar II 303, a comfortable North Ocean City condo that sits less than a block from the beach. Recently updated for 2021, this condo features two new queen beds, a new queen sleeper sofa, two remodeled bathrooms, and new windows, flooring, and bedroom carpeting.

Inside, you'll find amenities that include two large TVs with cable, free WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen. A stacked washer/dryer, beach chairs, a cooler, and other included extras make your stay all the more comfortable. This condo is also equipped with partial air-conditioning via wall units.

In this part of North Ocean City, you'll be less than a mile north of Northside Park, a 58-acre expanse with lighted sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and a host of annual events. The countless shops, restaurants, eateries, mini-golf courses, and other sources of entertainment that line Coastal Highway begin only one block west as well.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
