Le QUAY (prononcé «Key») est l'une des plus belles escapades en bord de mer d'Ocean City. Situé à 107th Street et Coastal Highway, le Quay offre un forfait d'agrément qui garantit pratiquement des vacances amusantes.

Notre condo est # 701 et offre une excellente vue sur l'océan et la baie. Il est situé au 7ème étage et dispose de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes. Il est joliment décoré, très moderne et très lumineux. Nous avons tout le mobilier pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous.

Notre condo est disponible à la location à tout moment de l'année. Entre juin et août, nous n'acceptons que les locations à la semaine. La période de location est du samedi au samedi.

Nous acceptons les paiements HomeAway.

Great location for our family. Away from all the people at the boardwalk but still near restaurants and other activities. We had a problem with one of the bathroom doors and the owner provided us a refund. We was very responsive with some other requests we had. We had a very nice stay. Indoor and outdoor pools and an easy walk to the beach.

Wonderful vacation

The condo had really nice appliances..all top of the line from the coffee pot to the fridge. Very spacious for the 8 of us ( 4 kids and 4 adults. The 2 bathrooms made it really nice. Would stay again.

Home away from home. The views where amazing, I loved having a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning and watching the sunrise out of the ocean every morning. The check-in and check-out could not have been easier. I can't wait to come back next year.

Family Vacation Memorial Day Weekend

We took a trip for three nights for Memorial Day weekend to this property; my boyfriend and my 4 year old son. It had everything we needed and was close to the beach! My only complaint is that I didn't know ahead of booking about needing to pay 75 for a parking pass for three nights; I only found this out weeks after booking when I was sent the keys and contract/agreement. Other than that, it was perfect. Thank you!

Perfect friends getaway!

We were so pleased with this unit. It was beautifully and tastefully decorated in beach mode . The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen contained all state of the art appliances.The place was immaculate and well maintained. The pool and patio area were always neat and clean. The location was great - right on the beach in northern OC. There were several shops, supermarkets and restaurants close by. The owner ,Alan Grove , was only a text or call away if needed. I highly recommend this great vacation spot!

Lovely condo in great location

Our stay in Ocean City at this condo was a wonderful little getaway. The condo was exactly as described and very clean. The living space was large and you could see the ocean from the balcony. The location was far enough from the busy Ocean City heavy traffic and boardwalk but still close enough to many amenities. Alan was very attentive and easy to communicate with from beginning to end. I think it's important to mention that there is an additional $50 parking fee that is not included in the cost of your stay, but parking was easy and plenty of space for a second vehicle (additional $10). We would stay again and recommend this condo to others.

Great Location and Amenities

We recently stayed at a charming 2-bedroom condo booked through VRBO and overall had a wonderful experience. The location was ideal, offering easy access to pools and the beach, and plenty to do nearby. The condo itself was well-appointed with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay for our family. However, there was one aspect of the rental that was not clearly communicated in the property description and caught us by surprise upon booking. Unlike most short-term rentals we've stayed at previously, this property does not include sheets and towels as standard. After booking, we were prompted to pay an additional $115 for this service, which involved the sheets and towels being dropped off in a bag for us to make our own beds. While this didn't significantly impact our enjoyment of the property, it was unexpected and differed from our past experiences with vacation rentals. We believe it's important for future guests to be aware of this additional cost and task so they can plan accordingly. Despite this minor inconvenience, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo and appreciated the efforts of the property management to ensure a pleasant stay. The cleanliness, comfort, and location were excellent, and we would recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing getaway in the area.
