Stewards Watch is a townhouse community in a peaceful setting and is conveniently located a short distance to the ocean and town of Bethany Beach. Guests can enjoy the outdoor community pool, tennis, crabbing/fishing pier, access to Bethany Beach trolley and launch area for canoe or kayak.

This spacious two story townhouse offers views of the wetlands and is conveniently located to downtown Bethany Beach. Level one offers an open floor plan with living, dining, kitchen, laundry room, powder room, open porch, and large screened porch. Level two offers a primary bedroom with a large deck, primary bathroom, and two bedrooms with a hall bathroom.

THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
