Canal Beach House - Idéal pour les familles

Fabuleux espace de vie ouvert au premier niveau. Projeté sous porche donnant sur le canal. Pont supérieur pour prendre le soleil, lire et se détendre. 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes. Grande salle de soleil. Promenade facile ou en voiture jusqu'à la plage. Dock sur le canal pour une mise à l'eau facile. Idéal pour les kayaks. Après une journée complète à la plage, revenez au calme du canal. La maison a été amoureusement entretenue et soignée par notre famille. Endroit idéal pour attraper des crabes hors du quai.
Nouveaux systèmes de CVC, nouveau chauffe-eau en 2019, nouveau tapis au premier étage 2018, salle de bain rénovée au 2e étage 2018, nouveau mobilier de coin salon porche 2018, nouvelles chaises longues pour le pont supérieur 2019. Tous les appareils ont remplacé 2017-2018 (sauf le réfrigérateur 2015). Nouveaux matelas partout. Nouveau canapé et table de salon commandés pour livraison en juillet 2019.

Lovely, modern beach house

We've stayed in a few houses in Bethany and this one was our favorite. Very comfortable, and the renovated bathrooms are beautiful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place and location!

Had a great week again staying at this property. I think this is the 5th year my family has stayed at the property and every year we’re pleased with the changes made to the house. We absolutely love our stays in Bethany and plan to book again next year.

This was one of the most relaxing vacations I have ever taken with my family. The house was so cozy with little nooks for everyone. We spent most of our time on 5be screened in porch but also enjoyed the sun deck off of one of the bedrooms. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. We plan to book again next year.

Great spot on the water

Great Vacation

A Weekend Away

Fantastic vacation rental! Easy driving distance to the beach and in a very quiet neighborhood. The canal system is really cool to see and the house is close to everything. Will be back!

Great house!

This house is in a great, quiet neighborhood, walkable to beach. The house is comfortable and well kept. The porches are great and I have to say the water pressure is spectacular.

Great stay in South Bethany

My family and I loved this house! Plenty of room, gorgeous water views, and close to the beach. We appreciated the parking tags and found driving to the beach the easiest option. Really enjoyed the beds! Communication with the host was great. Can't wait to come back:)

The house is adorable, clean, updated and on a large canal. The porch is quiet and relaxing and the upstairs deck was enjoyed by all. Loved the location. Owner was so friendly and helpful. Truly a slice of heaven

Beach Week

Mary Ann was very helpful and responsive to all needs. The cottage is in a lovely location and the floorplan makes the space feel larger than it is making a great experience for our small family and friends. Very comfortable beds and the new bathrooms are very well done. Spent most of time on outdoor shower as it was perfection. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Nice home on the canal and 10 min hike to beach.

Late September, very quiet on the canal and beach. Very nice house and host and well stocked for guests. A 10 min hike to beach, but we mostly drove and walked the many local trails. Many takeout places close by. A lovely relaxing vacation from work!

Fantastic place

My family and I loved this house. The neighborhood was fantastic and quiet. Nice area to walk the dog. Beach is walkable. Close to restaurants as well. Being on the canal was fun as well. Great screened in porch and sun porch as well. Great water pressure! The bathrooms were beautiful and the beds comfortable. We would most definitely stay here again.

Short Golf Weekend

Best weekend ever

The place is great. And communication with owners was perfect. We all wanted to go home and demolish our bathrooms, and copy the two in this house. So clean and fresh. So many different places to sit and relax. Thank you for a great birthday weekend.

Great location

This is a wonderful house on the canal in a s very quiet neighborhood. It is close enough to walk to the beach but we drove since Mary Ann left parking tags for the renters, which was extremely nice. The kitchen was well stocked and we used the grill too. We brought our paddle boards to use on the canal. Great location and we definitely would rent here again! Thanks for a lovely stay, Mary Ann.

Felt like home

Wonderful time with family at the Wagner’s! The cottage was clean, beds were comfy and the outside shower was great!! Screened in porch we’re we spent most of our time was really nice along with the shady spot on canal. Grans had a great time crabbing. Had my kayak and loved exploring the canals and back bay. Hope we can stay next year, looking forward to the updates the have in store for the fall.

Pleasant stay in Bethany

The house is wonderful, clean and well stocked. My family of 5 enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and canal out back. We ate several times on the screened in porch and enjoyed a jigsaw puzzle when it rained. We rented bikes for the week and were able to bike to the beach in about 5 minutes. Parking was not a problem and we appreciated the washer and dryer. The town of Bethany offered a quaint quality and we ventured to Rehoboth for a Sunday night concert at the bandstand.

Lovely area, perfect for our long weekend

This is a lovely, cozy home situated in a comfortable, safe neighborhood. The back porch overlooking the canal is a great spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Short drive into town. The owner is very responsive and helpful. This was my first time using VRBO and I was very pleased.
