Installé au milieu des arbres dans la communauté de Béthanie Ouest, vous vous sentez comme vous êtes dans les montagnes, mais sont seulement une courte promenade de 1 mile ou à vélo à la plage. Belle à tout moment de l'année pour profiter des merveilles de la plage. Profitez du salon ouvert avec 2 chambres et une salle de bain de chaque côté. Le grand pont avant est un excellent endroit pour recueillir si autour de la table haute ou profiter de conversations ou en lisant sur les chaises Adirondack. La salle de soleil au large de la cuisine est un endroit merveilleux pour se détendre ou profiter de votre émission préférée. Bethany Ouest comprend 2 piscines qui sont à la disposition de nos clients pour 20 $ / personne / semaine.

Great family house.

Great house for a family coming to enjoy the beach and pool. Easy access to the beach, trolley and boardwalk. We have been coming to Bethany Beach for over 15 years and this was one of the better houses we stayed in. Highly recommend. Great communication with the host as well.

Relaxing beach week

Had a wonderful week! The house is beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed spending time on the screened in porch. Pat was helpful and gracious!

Lovely beach getaway

We had a great week enjoying this lovely space! Great layout for a set of parents and kids in each “wing” of the house. Great porch! I really don’t think the pictures do the living space justice— it’s very nice and well stocked! We will be back!

Very nice house in a good location!

Our family was very comfortable staying at this house. We were close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Used the community pool every morning for lap swimming. The Bethany west community is a good place to stay and we would gladly rent this house again.

2019 Bethany Beach House

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was beautiful, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Location was a mile away from the beach, it was a nice quiet street and had a nice deck on which we spent alot of time. We would love to rent this location again!

A great house!

We loved this house and would definitely stay here again. We especially enjoyed the living room with ample seating and the large front porch/deck area. The neighborhood was quiet, one of our friends worked remotely from the back area, and it was conducive with reliable Wi-Fi. Easy bike ride to beach and downtown Bethany too!

Family Vacation

The house fit our families needs perfectly. Everything was very organized and clean. We love Bethany West and all the accommodations it has to offer. The outside deck was fantastic and the screened in porch. The owner has made this property just perfect for his guests.

Last minute getaway

So happy to have found this gem in Bethany Beach! The location was ideal and the house is perfect! Wish we could have stayed longer and can't wait to go back. Perfect for just two but big enough for more. Lots of sleeping room and living room. Thank you for such a perfect getaway!

2022 Summer Vacation

We keep coming back to this property year after year. The property is comfortable and relaxing with use of the community pool /tennis courts. A short drive to the beach or can hop on the trolley to go into town. Thank you Pat

Absolutely awesome time!!!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was perfect for our family! Love the layout and location. It is very functional and homey...my daughter said the only thing missing was a “For Sale” sign! We are already talking about our vacation...thank you again!

Great location, spacious home

Great beach house with plenty of space for the 7 of us who spent the weekend here. Home is close to the beach and pools. Parking was a breeze thanks to the residential parking pass, which was so necessary bc we were traveling with a 2-y/o. One of our rooms was a little musty—but everything else was perfect. The owner is lovely, very thoughtful, and cares a lot about giving visitors the best possible experience. Would definitely return.

Quick weekend trip

The property and the neighborhood were in a great location. We were happy with most everything. Small misunderstanding about sheets and towels not being included in the rental. Inside of Pats home was vera nice. Carpet could use a cleaning as it’s starting to become a bit spotty. (Bedrooms only, the rest is flooring) Beds were comfortable. Pat was a very attentive host and we would absolutely stay there again.

Wonderful Beach House!

Beautiful well kept beach house near the main road to the boardwalk and beach! We enjoyed our stay and fit 10 people comfortably. It was clean and spacious and bright. The trolley to the beach and Boardwalk were convenient and if we wanted to walk, it was only a mile and took only 20 minutes. It is a true beach town and wonderful beach neighborhood. Pat the owner was wonderful and she made sure her beach home felt like our home. We plan to come back soon !

This house is perfect for us. It has two bedrooms with a bathroom in-between on either side of the common area. The kitchen is wonderful! Fully stocked it had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the deck in the evenings. This is our second year at the beach house and plan to go back! Thank you Pat for sharing your home!

Peaceful Getaway Spot with Easy Downtown Bethany Access

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house is lovely and the common areas, especially the front deck, are perfect for relaxing. We especially loved the neighborhood - it is so wooded and peaceful that it almost felt like we were in the mountains. We enjoyed riding our bikes and walking into downtown Bethany, and took advantage of the parking passes, but also knew the shuttle was available if needed. We spent a few hours at one of the neighborhood pools too, which was very nice. One note about that: daily prices for the pool passes have gone up to $10, and weekly passes to $30 (I think). Still a great value! We enjoyed our vacation and the house immensely. :-)

Quick weekend trip

I had a great weekend trip with my elderly parents and teenage son. It was the last weekend of the summer and so nice to be able to share it comfortably with family. The house layout- 2 BRs and a bath on each side of a huge, open living area - was very convenient for our needs. We enjoyed the spacious front deck and the homey living area. Beds were all great and we all slept well. We didn’t get a chance to use v the back room - kind of an indoor porch area - but it looked comfy. The neighborhood was quiet and an easy drive to the beach and everything else.

Cute beach bungalow

Pat's house was perfect for a weekend trip to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked had everything we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and a quick drive to the main boardwalk area. We would stay again.

Lovely beach house

We had a great stay. The house was beautiful and had everything needed.. We very much enjoyed the large deck. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area.
