The kitchen is well equipped with everything guests will need to cook up a magnificent feast. Alternatively, you can use the suite's free WiFi to research the many restaurants in close proximity. Enjoy your day sitting by the tranquil waters of the Gulf of Mexico, building sandcastles with the kids, or lounging by the Gulf-front pool. For those who need to expend extra energy, play a rousing tennis match. This home has everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Book today!

Things to Know
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

Buildings 1 - 5 are currently undergoing overhead/ balconies/ walkway spot repairs estimated time of completion should be Dec. 1, 2025. Jackhammering should be completed by May 1st.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect for a family of 5

We loved the spacious balcony with plenty of chairs and room for a family of five. Beautiful view of the beach. The second bedroom was perfect for our three sons ages 16,14 and 11. Balcony doors did not lock and bathrooms were a bit small, but overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Perfect Spring Break

Absolute perfect spot on the beach . The pool was right under our condo and we could watch our kids all 3 are 11-11-12 swim and play without us hovering. The indoor pool was warm and perfect for the day it was rainy and windy . We would definitely stay here again. Only downside was the lack of an elevator and having to carry everything up and down . All and all great stay . Close to everything

Mardi Gras stay

The location is great central to activities, beach, restsurants and shopping. The bed was not comfortable, the topper prevents the fitted sheets from staying on and the blanket was too small for a king bed. It was clean but unless the bed issues are addressed I wouldn’t stay here again.

Elevators Out of Order

The elevator was out almost all week. It was very hard to climb up and down the stairs to the beach/pool areas and to check out when our elevator was out of order.

Very clean and updated

Absolutely loved the place. This place looked newly renovated and all up to date furniture. Very clean and the king size bed was soo comfy!! I would recommend getting deeper pocket sheets so they don't come loose. But we had a great stay and relaxing and fun time!! Will most definitely be back!!

Pretty Condo

Very pretty inside and a gorgeous view of the Gulf. My friend says the Master BR has a thick topper over the king size mattress and you roll to the center. Fitted sheets will not stay on. 2nd BR the bottom fuller size bunk was very comfortable for me. Condo vendors came to the door on two different days. I felt uncomfortable about that.

Overall the complex was pretty quiet. This condo is right over the pool so we did hear kids early in the evening. Tv in main bedroom is small.

Overall good but a few things

The condo sleeps 6 but only had 4 bath towels. Wasnt planning on having to do laundry while there for 3 nights. The dishwasher had standing water that had been there for awhile. Reached out to Property manager and they responded right away aw right away.

Construction Noise

There are repairs going on at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club. The noise was deafening. We had to leave the condo everyday. I do not recommend staying at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club until the repairs are completed.

Basic condo, no luxuries just ok

The place it’s just ok. It could use a little updating. None of the sliding doors actually locked. Smaller than pictures show on the website. Bathroom is a one person space so we used the second bathroom as both of our toiletries will not fit. Code for front door is a little tricky but once you get the hang of it is fine. Bathrooms were small but clean. There is a floor rack for the toilet paper (instead of the holder that attached to the wall) but no space for it so we felt it was always in our way.Kitchen was also clean and ice maker was a plus! Parking is tight and many nights we had to park far and walk. View was great and pool was ok. They have carts available to bring all your stuff up. So… a good basic place to stay but did not love it, probably will get another place next time.

Love that it’s on the beach but needs some attention.

First off, let me say this unit is beautifully decorated! The furniture is really nice and the updated kitchen was a plus. It’s very convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. There were a few complaints though, mainly with housekeeping. The floors were unbelievably dirty, the bottoms of our feet were black on the first night of our stay so I know this wasn’t something caused by us. This condo needs a deep, deep clean. There was a grate that hasn’t been cleaned in a really long time, I wouldn’t be stretched to say years. The beds also need an upgrade. From the sheets (that had a small tear in them, I held my breath waiting on them to rip our entire trip) to the mattresses that had a foam topper on them. There was also a Pyrex put up with LOTS of food suck to it. I try to see all sides of a situation but as a renter paying what we paid, the unit could be cleaned more thoroughly. I spoke with someone from Vacasa that stopped by our unit and showed her what we were talking about. She was very sweet and said she would address our concerns. I’m hoping that our concerns were heard. This unit has great potential, just some details that need to be worked out!

Looks can be deceiving!

Very disappointed! The pictures of the property are outdated and not what I was expecting. The property was not clean. The floors were dirty, there was mold on the shower curtains and stains on the couch and chair.
