The positives first: the unit was clean, and the hosts were friendly and clearly trying to make a living from this property. Unfortunately, thatâs about where the good ends.The space itself has serious issues. The smell in the unit is musty and unpleasantâan air purifier was provided, but it didnât make a difference. The A/C worked, but it was old, visibly molding, and made the place feel more unsafe than comfortable. The interior has exposed rafters that give off a creepy, unfinished vibe.Outside is worse. Thereâs a reason you wonât find exterior pictures in the listingâthe property is full of rubbish, and the buildings are run-down and dilapidated. Adding to the discomfort, dogs roam freely around the property. While thereâs a note that says, âlet us know if the dogs become a nuisanceââwell, hereâs that note. They were a nuisance. Not everyone is a dog person, and they should be confined when guests are staying.I understand the effort to make money from the property, but in its current condition, it really shouldnât be rented out. I cannot recommend this place to others.
