Siesta key 5 nights

Very comfortable. Amazing sunsets from the balcony. A few areas in the condo master bath need a little TLC. Well equipped. Great location.

Great location!

The condo worked very well for our family! The location is great for beach views, beach access, and walking to several restaurants nearby. The owner was responsive when we had a couple small issues. Great stay!

Perfect location for a perfect vacation

Host provides an excellent place to rest, rejuvenate to an easily accessible soft white sand beach. The condo is tastefully decorated and provides all the amenities needed for a great vacation. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely be back and would be thrilled to stay here again.

Condo pleasant. The view was spectacular. Pool very nice. Grounds very nice. Security excellent. Beach was amazing. Beach lounge chairs are provided. Close to shopping and many restaurants.

Dirty Condo with wonderful beach access

Cons: We arrived at 2 am and our entryway was pitch black. The light bulb was burned out and the owner never had it fixed. You couldn’t see your surroundings. It was creepy. Once we entered the unit, we quickly found out how cluttered it was. We were trying to find space to store our luggage and other items and the closets are a mess with random items that are thrown inside and don’t belong. This condo needs a major de-clutter. The beach closet was a nightmare. We had to clean it out and organize everything just to see what was even in it to use. I could go on and on. The condo itself is filthy. The comforters look like they haven’t been washed in a long time. There was spilled liquid on them and dried food. Walking around barefoot is out of the question. Your feet immediately turn brown and there is sand everywhere. I suspect the floors don’t get mopped ever. The vacuum they provide does nothing to help the issue. It’s useless. The bathroom rugs were also dirty. There was urine running down the side of the toilets. Pots, pans, etc., in the cabinets are a complete mess.Nothing matches as far as food storage items and there was dried food on much of it. If this owner supplied cleaning supplies I suspect people would use them but they supply one sample and then you have to buy your own. Pros:Proximity to the beach was amazing and so beautiful! The pool was great too! This could really be a cute condo if cared for. Way too much money to live in a filthy condo for a week.

Clean and beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was exceptionally clean which is huge for me and so rare. Gorgeous view and great location in the complex. Restaurants across the street and down about 2 miles on the free shuttle. GORGEOUS beach. Beds were comfortable.

Very Nice Stay

Very nice unit, just as described. Great location. Great view. We enjoyed lots of frozen drinks from Captain Curt's across the street. The perfect getaway from Ohio winter weather.

Great condo!

This was our second stay at this condo. It was as if we had just left. Clean and well maintained. Great location with easy bridge access to the mainland. Several restaurants and a small market within a five minute walk. Can't wait to get back!

Best Beach

Beach location was excellent. Loved that the property provided chaise loungers on the beach for those staying at the property. Heated pool at the property was actually warm. Condo itself was nicely furnished. Only provided initial toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags so had to replenish those. Using the trolleys on Siesta Key was fun. Captain Curt's & Captain Curt's Tiki Bar across the street was a fun place and easy to get to. All in all a great time.

Great location! On beach and has a pool! Walking distance ( like one to two blocks ) to Three great Restaurants! Short drive or trolly to the village. Condo has everything you can want. Clean! Beautifully attired! Watch beautiful sunsets from the balcony. TV is great ( my problem ).. no Hulo or that stuff! Owner communication is great! 5 Stares

Great location

This condo is located on the beach. It is well equipped and lovely. My only criticism is that the air conditioner was quite noisy. It cooled nicely. The owner was a very good communicator. We’ll be back.

Off Season Get away

Place is super clean and has everything you need for a fun stay. It’s right on the beach. The view is a 10. Walking distance to some bars and good food. Short ride to downtown. Wouldn’t think twice about staying again. Most likely will.

Quiet Beach Getaway

We loved our stay! This condo is clean and has a well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels and beach toys. The bed was comfortable in the master. It is within walking distance to several eating spots without being in the busiest area, Siesta Village (which is exactly what we were looking for). The beach access is private, so it’s not as busy as other beaches, and there is an umbrella service for a small fee. The water is clear and calm, and it’s not a party beach. This is our second stay at this condo, and we will be back! It’s the perfect place for our family of four to relax and spend time together!

The best we’ve stayed at in Siesta

Perfect location, directly across the street from Captain Curt’s and a block from our favorite restaurant, Spearfish. Well stocked kitchen and closet of beach toys and umbrella. Cooler would be a nice addition. There’s a drip coffee pot and keurig. Washer and dryer in unit, bring detergent, you’ll be asked to only leave one load of towels. Starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towel provided. Dish soap. hand soap and dishwasher detergent were available. You’ll need trash bags too. Beach chairs available on beach with option to rent umbrella if you’d like one set up for you. Beds were comfortable! Furnishings comfortable and tastefully decorated. Gorgeous view! We would definitely stay here again if we return to Siesta!

DON'T STAY HERE!

Avoid this place at all costs! We had to reach out several times to even get check in instructions. Then, we showed up and the place was never cleaned. It was disgusting. We called the host and they apologized, but acted like it was no big deal. They were very dismissive about the fact that we had groceries and were now going to have to leave the condo for over 4 more hours. The entire first night was ruined. They said they would contact us when the condo was ready and never did. We had to go up and see and it was not ready again! When it was finally ready, the cleaning was NOT sufficient. They said they would pay for our dinner...surprise, we haven't gotten anything for it. As a matter of fact, they never even reached out to see if things were ok. The condo is extremely dated. The furnishings are worn out, mold in the showers, dishwasher leaks. The list could go on. The whole place is grimy. If you have any other choice...find another place to stay!

Great Family Spot!

Everything about this property was great! The view, pool and location on the beach couldn’t have been better. We also enjoyed playing pickleball on the tennis court. We enjoyed food across the street, but also drove to Siesta Village and never felt like we spent a ton of time in the car.The owner of this property communicated well and was helpful with our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo !

Super clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated. King size bed was very comfortable. Easy and close beach access, great view of the beach and sunsets from the patio. Complex is across the street from Captain Kurt's. Complex is gated and quiet.

Chasing Conchs Beach house has been in our family for over 40 years. Countless memories, celebrations, milestones and fun have been had between these walls. In 2021 my sister Chase and I decided to purchase the condo. We chose "Chasing Conchs" as the perfect name- my sisters first name "Chase" and "Conch" as an homage to my place of birth, Key West, FL. We hope our little slice of paradise will continue to bring memories and happiness to those who stay. In the words of the great Jimmy Buffet, "if there is a heaven for me, I'm sure there is a beach attached."
