Spacious, beautifully decorated Townhouse ~ Private Beach~ Shuffleboard ~ Pool

Upstairs, downstairs townhouse; 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (two shower one tub) Sleeps 6.

Purchased April 2021 and fully remodeled after Hurricanes. Back on Market March 24, 2025. This unit is next door to another unit I own (313 VRBO #809819) and a few doors down from 302, (VRBO # 853790), making it a perfect location for large groups or multiple families. The unit has a full size washer and dryer, new everything. The private white sand beaches are only about a 100 yard walk, no crossing streets.

Super clean I don’t use comforters, but instead duvets with duvet covers, just like in hotels so you can be certain your bedding is very very clean. This property is not gulf-front, but it is on the beachside of Midnight Pass, therefore, no crossing streets to get to the beach, just walk the beach access.

I provide a beach cart, beach toys, beach towels, cooler, umbrella and the beach chairs are already at the beach. The complex has a service and your chairs will be put away for you. No need to drag them back.

Look no further, this is the right place for you and your family to have a phenomenal vacation. Only 2 miles from the village. The Trolley and free rides will make easy transport. You don’t need a car on the Key.

Please bring your own toiletries. We do provide hand soap in the bathrooms.

Beautiful Space

What a lovely townhome. Everything was perfect, each and every detail was attended to. The house is equipped to meet all your needs and is excellent proximity to the beach. Varinia was quick to respond with any question we had., but honestly it was a flawless experience. Hoping to return soon!

Clean, Comfortable, Amazing Location!

The property was immaculate when we came, which always makes you feel comfortable. The beds and sofa are very comfortable as well- super important! Steps from the beach and minutes drive away from everything you need, this was a great little getaway retreat. Varinia responds quickly and attentively.

The property was super clean and very well appointed. The beach amenities were amazing
. Including Tupperware. My sister an I had amazing lunches on the beach.. never have I rented where Tupperware was available to bring our own lunches to the beach!!The property is conveniently located to so many things! The private beach access is such a plus!!Varinia was very responsive and helpful during our stay. My sister and I will be back!!

THE BEST GIRLS TRIP

We rented this property for a 40th birthday trip. The location is close to everything and Varinia has everything in this condo that you would need for the beach! The place was spotless and communication was excellent with the host. We want to come back next year!

From the effortless check in, to the cleanliness of all rooms the stay was spectacular. I use VRBO at least 5 times a year and having lived in the Sarasota area years ago I visit the area annually. I now have a go to place to stay. This was the very best overall experience I have been associated with.

Vacay in Paradise

The 3 of us enjoyed our stay. Everything was ready for us and we had plenty of space. Access to the beach was great and the weather was perfect. The tram was easily accessible and our visit to the Village was a lot of fun. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!

Perfect Getaway

This house is perfect! Has everything you need. Just like being in your own home. Its quiet and safe. Just a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches Ive ever seen. The location of this house is close to shopping, eating some of the best food ever and fun things to do. We would love to stay here again. And you should for sure think about booking this amazing place for your next vacation.

The perfect beach location

This apartment is just in a perfect location. Beach is a 50 yards walk, private access with all beach tools available. House is clean, cute and has enough space for families of up to 6 people. Accurate description of the property on the online portal. Totally worth the money !

The property location was excellent. The condo was clean. I wish it had views of the beach and a more private outdoor space. Some cleaning supplies would have been helpful and we had some trouble with the outlets. Plugs would not always stay in the wall. The condo was decorated really cute, the beds and linens were clean and comfy

I manage my own properties, so you are getting one on one attention. Because I manage my own properties, I often visit the condos to insure everything is in order and I immediately fix anything the guests may notice is broken or breaks during their stay. It really is important to me that you enjoy your vacation and the place where you stay can make all the difference. So I strive to make that difference.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I also own 302 (VRBO #853790) and 313 (VRBO # 809819, exactly next door) and this unit and those are perfect for group or multiple family getaways because you can be in your own townhome (not big buildings with elevators and lobbies) and every one can be very close by and use the same private beach with the chairs already at the beach for your convenience. The private beach is only about a 100 yard walk to the gate. No crossing streets or having to drive.

So close to beach with out paying beach front prices, new, clean, comfortable. A day at the beach should truly be a day at the beach! This townhouse will allow you and your loved ones a perfect vacation. See reviews at the other 2 properties, and you’ll see I consistently get 5 stars in all my properties.
