Paul was a wonderful host and provided alot of good information about the area which was extremely helpful in preparing some things ahead of arrival. This unit was perfect for our family and we loved being so close to the beach and many other area attractions. The unit was comfortable and felt like home to us right away. We are already looking forward to returning next year!
Paul is a great host! He accommodated our every request (including early check-in) and responded to our questions within minutes. The property itself is top notch. It's clean, very roomy, contemporary, and comfortable. Private beach access is through the gate in the back. Free loungers are included with your beach pass. You can also rent beach umbrella, tents, and cabanas from a local vendor either daily or weekly. We had a blast with jet skiing, parasailing, banana boat ride, deep sea fishing, and beach going. There is a small village right across the street from the complex with shops and restaurants. A bigger village is 10 minutes away by car or free trolley. It was a perfect location for us and we are already looking forward to coming back!
We traveled from Michigan. We have been going to Siesta key for the past 20 years. This place was the best we have stayed so far. The location is great. The pool and beach chairs available on this property are terrific. The unit slept the 5 of us with no problems at all. The owner Paul was very easy to work with. Highly Recommend!!!
Wonderful vacation with family at this Siesta Breakers condo. Plenty of room, clean and felt very safe. View of the gulf from the lanai and the best beach around! The pool was nice, and across the street were great restaurants, places to shop and a grocery store. Would stay here again!
Loved the condo, very clean, great location! You can walk several places, Uber or take the frog hopper to the village. Loved that the complex had beach chairs. Hated leaving on check out day. We will definitely be back.
The property was perfect for our stay in Siesta Key. The unit is updated and clean. Lots of closet space! Paul responds very quickly to any messages. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay on the beach in Siesta Key.
Unfortunately this is not the "luxury" type condo that is advertised! While it does have all the amenities needed to be able to cook while there, and the location is fantastic that is about all I can say that was positive. We walked in on Saturday to a unclean unit with fingerprints, dirty kitchen sink, food and crumbs in between couches, crumbs on counter tops, inside refrigerator was not cleaned (unpackaged food on shelves), both bathrooms smelled like urine. Called the owner in tears after a long day of travel, in which he was trying to be accomodating he is hundreds of miles away. He sent over the property cleaning supervisor where he advised me that he personally swept and mopped the floor. He did say the one bathroom did smell like urine and threw the shower curtain in the washer. Needless to say I did not want to stay there and indicated to the owner that I wanted a full refund which he was willing to do but it was Spring Break and there was no where to go with my family!! My husband convinced me to stay in a hotel that night and rethink it in the morning which then we ended up staying after having to clean the unit myself for over 3 hours on Sunday. I bought all the cleaning supplies, mop, swiffer dry and wet (it would have been nice to have had some things to tidy up throughout the week) new sheets (old silk sheets were our only choice on our bed), blankets, towels ( as there were only 4 bath towels for a family of 4 which you can wash but if you take a shower in the morning and then coming in off the beach you want to shower again who wants to have to start a load of wash while gone and wait for them to dry when you get back), So now onto the security of the property....we were heckled for having any beverages or food at the pool, were told that we were not to have any pool floats in the pool (our daughter had a small fish ring that we were not allowed to have in there) we witnessed some teenage boys having to send their friends away and not able to go to the one kids unit to have pizza because we are only allowed one guest at a time. No where does this say anything of such, it was a terrible thing to witness as these boys were doing NOTHING wrong!! So definitely NOT family friendly! All in all the only thing that saved this vacation was some other guests we befriended and the weather! Can't beat the beach and the sunshine! But will definitely NEVER stay here again!
The location is perfect with easy access to the beach. There is also access to beach chairs through the property and a rental service for chairs and umbrellas if you want someone else to put them up for you.
Paul the owner was amazing and very helpful throughout the process. The beds were a little soft but to me were really comfortable. The angle of the buildings make the view smaller than if it were directly parallel but you can still see the gulf and hear the waves. We had amazing weather the entire trip so we got some great sunset photos. Many people gather at the beach to watch the sunset then clap after it goes down.
The kitchen was well equipped. The only problem (not really a problem) is you donât know until you get there if youâll need paper products or things like laundry detergent. (We try to shop before we get there).
The only downside to this condo was there were some small repairs with lightbulbs blinds and the refrigerator. When we let Paul know at the end of our stay I believe he went over immediately to repair everything.
I would recommend this property and condo and I hope to be back!!!!
This is a very nice property and we'd stay again if Florida comes on the radar. Great location on a beautiful beach with several restaurants within walking distance. And groceries are available at a well-stocked Publix Food Store store about a mile away. Great communication from owner.
We stayed at this condo for two weeks and loved it. The location was perfect directly over the bridge, and we were glad that it was a gated community with security. We had a car there and were able to jump off the key easily to do things around the area too.
Paul was super easy to communicate with and made the check-in and out process super easy. The condo was well taken care of, and clean when we arrived. All appliances were in great working order, and the washer is pretty new.
My only issue with the condo was the master bed was uncomfortable for me, but I have a lot of back issues. We resolved that by running over the bridge and getting a mattress pad which resolved the issue for me. I had no other complaints about the place.
Access to the beach and pool was very easy, and we loved having the little shopping center across the street. However, the market that was there, is closed. The signs and website still say open, but it closed in early 2022, so be aware. There is a 7-11 across the street, and a market in the village where you can get to via the trolley or one of the Frog Hoppers.
We enjoyed our home away from home so much that we are booking it again for another two weeks next year.
This property, overall, was perfect. Very clean and well stocked, from beach towels and umbrellas to kitchen items. We love the location and secured property.
