Siesta Key Sunset Family Rentals est une entreprise familiale et fière d'offrir nos appartements en bord de mer Siesta Key (Sarasota). En tant qu'entreprise familiale, nous sommes très fiers de veiller à ce que notre condo réponde à vos normes de qualité et de propreté, et nous ne sommes qu'à un coup de téléphone si vous n'êtes satisfait de rien.
Siesta Key possède 3 plages principales: Siesta Beach (sable blanc et poudreux), * Turtle Beach (zone plus calme / moins de personnes / circulation, plus de coquillages à trouver) et Crescent Beach (plongée avec tuba / zone de pêche). Notre condo est entièrement équipé, de l'emplacement fantastique, cuisine entièrement équipée, w & d dans le condo, chaises de plage et serviettes, Internet sans fil, télévision par câble / DVD. Nos condos sont directement sur Turtle Beach.
Notre condo de vacances Siesta Key entièrement équipé est un condo de deux chambres et 2 salles de bain en bord de mer (lit king en maître, 2 lits jumeaux dans la 2e chambre. Nous avons également à disposition un pack lit N Play / parc et chaises hautes pour les jeunes locataires, sur demande. Également disponible à Fisherman's Cove: amarrage de bateaux, jetées de pêche, station de nettoyage de poisson, barbecues, utilisation gratuite ou nos canoës / kayaks, bibliothèque, salle de réunion et piscine chauffée. +++
Notre condo Fisherman's Cove est directement en bord de mer. Notre condo au troisième étage (B306) a une vue magnifique sur le golfe et le condo a un ascenseur. Nous avons tout pour vous! Les photos présentées sont des exemples de nos 4 locations de vacances à Siesta Key. Malheureusement, nous ne pouvons montrer que ces 6 photos, mais je voulais que vous ayez une idée des vues que vous aurez. Notre unité est meublée avec goût et comprend toutes les commodités de base que vous attendez, mais nous essayons de satisfaire nos locataires en incluant de nombreux extras de cuisine, Internet sans fil, w & d, télévision par câble / dvd, équipement de plage, donc vous n'avez pas à apportez-le avec vous / ou achetez-le (chaises / serviettes, parapluie), et bien plus encore.
Nous serions ravis de vous servir et ferons de notre mieux pour vous assurer un excellent séjour de vacances. Nous savons que nos locataires peuvent obtenir un séjour par an et espérons le faire comme promis et sans stress.

Perfect location with beautiful views!

South end of siesta key was nice and quiet. The home provided everything that we needed and wanted. The convenience of just steps away from the beach was fantastic! The beds were comfortable, and the condo was very spacious! Breathtaking sunsets!!!

Suncoast getaway.

Really enjoyed our time at Fisherman’s Cove condo. The place had everything we needed for the week. Can’t beat the view from the room. Beautiful sunsets every night.

Quiet and Comfortable

Enjoyed beautiful sunsets, kayaking and paddle boarding. Beach is quiet and small. Brown sticky sand. Condo is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Enjoyed the relaxation.

We loved the condo…everything about it but we were sorely disappointed in the beach. The sand was anything but white and it was hard to get in and out of the ocean. We did drive to Siesta Key but our intention was to stay on the beach where we stayed.

Beautiful Property on the water

This two bedroom, two bath condo was beautiful, right on the beach. It is very well maintained. Check in and out were very well communicated and simple to follow. The Davenports are great hosts. The property was a couple miles out of Siesta Key Village, but the free trolley was accessible all day and evening, and would pick you up at marked locations, or hailed anywhere from Turtle Beach back up to the Village on Midnight Pass Road. Fabulous option! Turtle Beach is a not as packed as the main beach in Siesta Key, but this was fabulous for us as we felt we could get away from the hustle and bustle here, but the main beach and Village were only a trolley ride away. Two good local dining options are walk-able from the condo. We had a lovely time here.

Nice view, convenient location!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed, the view and sunsets were spectacular, and the location was great for all Sarasota restaurants and sights. We would definitely come back! The hosts were extremely helpful and responded quickly when we had a question.

Very comfortable condo, with everything you need including beach chairs and toys for the kids. The beach is just out your back door. Quiet location that is well maintained. We will visit again!

Nice but not great

Door would not lock. Tried to contact owner about where to put trash, didn’t hear back. Extremely narrow beach in front of home. Stains on carpeting and bedding. We purchased our own cleaning products when we did not find any in condo. Lanai had beautiful view but older table and chairs and windows needed cleaned. Back bedroom mattresses were hard. Clearly older condo. Could use updating. Price comparison condo was 1.5 times higher in price than surrounding condos of comparable nature. In a quiet area. Near many things. Stores/restaurants/cultural. Had elevator. Carts available to help transfer items from car to condo. Fishing/kayak/life jacket/paddle boards/fish cleaning station/outdoor grills/boat dock on bayside/1 designated parking space. Pool on small to medium size/shuffle board beachside. TV’s in each room.

Decent lodging in a great location

This is our 4th time to stay at fishermans cove but the first time in this unit. The view is outstanding, the beds were comfortable and towels and linens were clean. The biggest disappointment to us was that the condo had not been cleaned properly before we arrived. The carpet had dirty stains, the mattress pad cover on the one of the beds had a stain, there was paint peeling off the wall on several locations, and there were drywall patches that needed painting. One cleaning issue with the bathroom tile was taken care of by the owner very quickly. Secondly, the amount of supplies was not as listed. We were missing kitchen dishclothes, disinfecting wipes, and paper towels. This is important since the supplies as listed are really minimal from our experience. All in all, this place needs some TLC. We know everyone is trying to make the most profit they can, but there is also the value of a return customer to consider and much cleaner and well tended units at fishermans cove.

Family beach trip

Loved the relaxing location, hearing the Gulf right outside the windows. The beach was fun to walk up and down and find shells. It was a little cool but then again it was November. We did make it in though. The kitchen had most things and I think we were the first people to ever use the oven. The pool was very warm and relaxing, not huge but not over crowded on any of the days we were there. Family friendly. Kayaking and paddle boarding was so much fun for the whole family. Saw lots of fish and bubbles from the manatees, and actual dolphins too. Siesta key beach was a great stop for the whole family. Super close too.

Great time at Turtle Beach

Great location! Away from the crowds from the public parking area. We saw tons of manatees in the cove, and dolphins from the lanai. My only complaint is it would be nice to have a screen in the bedroom window so it could have been opened to hear the waves at night. If we come back next year, I will definitely rent this property again. Can’t get much closer to the water that this. We had a great time and I left a 7’ umbrella for the next renters to use.

Cute little slice of Beach

Condo was very clean, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Loved the screened/glassed in patio for morning coffee and evening drinks the view never got old. Having the FULL size laundry was an absolute BONUS! We enjoyed the use of the Yaks and paddle boards. All in all great place! Planning to book again as soon as we get our dates figured out for next year!

Priceless views

The views are just like the pictures, beautiful and gorgeous! The walk to the beach are only a few footsteps. This place was like home and the amenities were great! The only thing my teenagers didn’t care for was that the location wasn’t walking distance to the main area with the restaurants and stores. However, other than that we were more than satisfied and will be back!
