JUSTE RÉDUIT DE 2 SEMAINES D'AOUT DE 250 $. 00 PAR SEMAINE! 1 SEMAINE MINIMUM. SUPERBE CONDO 3 BA ET 2 BA SUR la magnifique Crescent Beach, Siesta Key, au large de la côte de Sarasota! Siesta Key Crescent Beach jugée comme la meilleure plage des États-Unis par le prof. Stephen Leatherman (M. Beach) le 25 mai 2017, tel que rapporté par AP Press et divers médias. Il s’agit d’un complexe de bord de mer situé dans une région idéale pour les vacances en famille, sur l’une des meilleures plages du monde! Le sable blanc se sent comme le sucre en poudre et est jamais chaude au toucher! Il est quartz presque pur.

Crescent Siesta Key est un complexe intime de seulement 26 unités situées directement sur le golfe du Mexique. Il y a un ouest (plage) la construction de 16 unités et un bâtiment à l'est près de la route avec 10 unités. Il y a 2 piscines, une réception Piscine Golfe avec spa et un second niveau Terrasse Piscine séparant les 2 bâtiments (les deux zones de la piscine ont barbecues à gaz). Une salle / d'exercice de remise en forme est situé dans le bâtiment à l'est. Un des plus récents complexes sur Siesta Key, achevée en 2006, la propriété est clôturé et les zones de construction et la piscine sont fixées. Parking est réservé sous un bâtiment, 2 espaces attenants. Temps plein sur le site manager.

Notre unité est dans un état impeccable et situé dans la plage (à l'ouest) bâtiment. Il y a plus de 1700 sq. Ft. + Deux balcons et une belle vue partielle des eaux du golfe depuis le balcon avant (accessible à partir de la grande salle ou la chambre des maîtres). Le balcon arrière est très grand et accessible à partir du 2e et 3e à coucher. Il est directement adjacente à la terrasse de la piscine. Ceci est un condominium magnifique!

Les installations comprennent plafonds de 9 pieds, grande tuile diagonale, suite spacieuse chambre des maîtres avec lit king et immense salle de bains avec double vasque et dressing et sans baignoire debout et douche surdimensionné, 2ème chambre avec lit queen et un placard plein de mur, 3ème chambre avec lit queen lit. Cuisine avec comptoirs en granit, 4 télévisions par câble, dont un nouveau téléviseur Samsung UHD 65 pouces (2017), et Internet sans fil gratuit! Crescent Siesta Key est dans un excellent complexe de condo en bord de mer avec des restaurants, épicerie, pharmacie à quelques rues. Plusieurs terrains de golf sont situés dans la région de Sarasota. L’aéroport international de Sarasota / Bradenton (SRQ) est à seulement 20-25 minutes et l’aéroport international de Tampa (TPA) est à environ 1 heure et 15 minutes. une façon.

This place is just what you are looking for. All amenities and comforts of a resort stay with more privacy. The beach is steps away and the 2 pools make family entertaining fresh everyday.

This is a wonderful property! Property is secure and very clean. Easy access to the pool and beach. We had an amazing week exploring the beach, swimming in the pool and shopping. Bert was quick to respond as well. We are looking forward to coming back soon!

ANOTHER EXCELLENT STAY!

This is our 4th year returning to this extraordinary condo! We love visiting year after year, as the condo truly feels like home when we stay. The condo owner, Bert, is extremely accommodating and provides everything you would need within the condo. He has been so gracious to our family, and we truly appreciate being able to come back every year. We have been visiting Siesta Key for almost 30 years, and this is by far our favorite place we have ever stayed. Amazing location, amazing views, and all within footsteps of the best beach in the U.S.! Highly recommend this top notch, beautiful condo!

Gorgeous Condo, Wonderful location!

Bert was wonderful to work with and made everything so easy with booking his condo. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful! There was so much space for my family and I and had everything we needed for our week stay. We loved the private pools and beach access as well. The condo is in the perfect location where you can walk to many places, which was so convenient. We love Siesta Key and our family has been coming here for over 26 years. We have stayed at many places and Bert's condo is definitely at the top! Would highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be coming back! :)

Fabulous condo... the perfect vacation!

This condo is beautiful and super clean! We had a great vacation... a 10 out of 10! Bert is a pleasure to work with... couldn't have been nicer. The whole property was clean and well maintained. We've stayed at several condos along Siesta Key and this one was by far the nicest. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped place to stay. This condo has it all and more... we will definitely be coming back! Thank you Bert for everything! :)

The time period we was there the lap pool was out of service but, was given that heads up by the owner Robert. The condo itself is great, Robert answers questions promptly and the unit is well stock with all items needed from cooking to beach towels and in between. The main pool and hot tub could have been a little bit cleaner but not bad overall. When we was there the beach was covered in seaweed so spent most of our time at the pool. Using the trolley was convenient. Overall would recommend.

Best place in Siesta Key!

We have been to Siesta Key five times now & have never found the perfect place until now! Bert is exceptional! He was only a text away for any question we had. The condo is so spacious. The master suite is a dream & so private. We have three children ages 13, 11 & 8 and they loved having the spa pool located right outside of their patio! We used the grill located right at the spa pool several times. Perfect beach access with chairs to use & the other pool & hot tub were gorgeous with a great view! Bert went above & beyond and we loved every second of our trip & our place. We are already trying to figure out when we can stay there again! Thank you Bert!!

Awesome!

This condo is amazing! Just returned from our week long trip in Siesta Key. This was our first stay in this condo and it is truly top notch. The condo itself is impeccable. Top of the line finishes, comfortable beds, all the amenities you could ask for. We got lots of use out of both of the complexes pools, the grill outside, and the most amazing beach. There is a free taxi service that will pick you up across the street and take you to Siesta Village (they work for tips). Lots of local restaurants within walking distance of the condo. We really enjoyed Capt'n Curts and Clayton's the nights we went out. The Orange Octopus was a favorite of our daughters. We will definitely be back. Bert was a dream to work with. Wonderful communication, great follow up, and awesome recommendations. If you book this place, you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful week

I can't say enough wonderful things about this beautiful condo! The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you could possibly need while on vacation. My family enjoyed the view of the gulf from the front patio and the direct access to the lap pool from the back patio. The complex itself is very secure and well maintained. The pools are beautiful and also well maintained. The owner of the condo is wonderful as well. He is welcoming, helpful and prompt to reply to any email or text. The location is ideal. The building is across the street from Captain Curt's Crab and Oyster bar (eating their clam chowder is a must!). The Orange Octopus ice cream shop is also across the street and is one of my family's favorite places for an after dinner treat. A small grocery store, pharmacy and gift shops are also within walking distance. If you venture to the Village in Siesta Key I also recommend The Lobster Pot, The Cottage and Meaney's Mini Donuts. We had a wonderful week at Bert's condo and I highly recommend staying here.

PERFECT! I can't say enough positive things about both the condo & the owner.

Over the past 5 years, we have stayed in at least 15+ other condos on both Siesta Key and Longboat Key and have never had such a thoroughly pleasing experience (and in some cases, we have returned to the same condos 2-6+ times). The condo is absolutely beautiful. The location, the view from the living room & porch, the furnishings, the fine construction and attention to detail, the pool & spa & gym, the beach... its all stunning. Oh, and for working professionals (or anyone who must have constant internet access due to work or other obligations), the high speed wireless signal in the unit is very strong and speedy. Often condos are overfurnished with lots of trinkets. This one is not. It lacks much of the clutter of many units (which we appreciated greatly). And the unit is not at all sparse or cold. It's exactly as pictured... actually, the unit is larger than it appears in the photos, the master suite is HUGE, and the enormous bathroom has a walk-in closet, double vanity and a huge shower & clawfoot tub). The unit is located on the second floor on the south side of the Beach bldg. This means that the balcony porch overlooks the ocean & beach (a view that can be enjoyed from the entire living room & kitchen). The entire south wall is dotted with windows (through which the sun lights the rooms). The master bedroom is on the front end of the unit with sliding glass doors that provide access to the front balcony (adjacent to the sliding glass doors off of the living room). The unit is also set between the terrace lappool (just a few steps out the rear balcony sliding glass doors) and a quick flight of stairs or elevator ride to the first floor where the pool, beach, and ocean are located. The owner is incredibly conscientious: he responds to emails immediately, goes WAY above and beyond any owner or manager we've worked with previously in terms of his attention to detail and genuine care for creating a pleasant, no, make that perfect, stay. We plan to stay here for ALL of our future trips to the Sarasota area and have already booked 2 weeks this summer.

Fabulous Crescent Condo!!

What a wonderful place to stay!! The condo we rented from Robert was just what we were looking for and more. The location can’t be beat. Right on Crescent Beach on Siesta Key and directly across the street from places to eat and shop. The building is very secure with digital key pads, very clean, and great amenities with gym, underground parking, two pools, beach chairs, and spickets to wash off the sand. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and small appliances. Robert was so easy to work with and provided clear and direct communication. Definitely will rent here again and highly recommend!!

Great owner, Great location

I have traveled quite a bit and Robert was by far the best owner I have ever worked with! We had been in contact throughout the year leading up to our stay and he was always quick to respond and so friendly! The condo did not disappoint! The back deck access to the pool was ideal for us and the front deck provides a beautiful ocean view. The condo has everything you can think of and even things you don't. We are already booked for next year and can't wait to return!

Lovely condo right on Siesta Key Beach. Unit opens up to one of the two pools, and has a view of the beautiful beach. This condo was well-supplied with everything that you could need....and the owner could not have been kinder or more accommodating ....we look forward to renting his unit again!! It is definitely our first choice for our vacation!!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We have just returned from a wonderful and relaxing family vacation on Siesta Key. We have been looking for a new favorite place to stay since my in laws sold their condo that they had owned on Anna Maria for many years. This condo is now our favorite! The condo was beautiful, spacious and very well maintained. It has every amenity you could need to enjoy a beach vacation. The location is great as well, it is in walking distance of a grocery store, great restaurants, a drug store and much more. The condo owner was wonderful to work with, very helpful and always prompt in answering questions. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. There are many things to do in the area also for all ages. Our kids, ages 22, 19 and 17, were never bored. Our favorites were kayaking at Turtle Beach and deep sea fishing with Captain Josh but we mostly just enjoyed the beach and the pools at the condo. We would love to return to Siesta Key and this condo in the future. We highly recommend it! Thanks Bert for sharing your place!

yet another 5 star stay

This is our 2nd time staying at this wonderful condo in a fabulously situated complex right on siesta key beach. Bert once again did not fail to provide everything we needed to experience that 5 star feeling. From the beach views from the balcony to the soft furnishings Bert has provided everything you could possibly need for your stay. We will be returning hopefully next year as i would not go anywhere else, having had such a lovely time in this luxurious condo. Thankyou once again Bert for your hospitality. please extend my gratitude to John the manager for his assistance and for making us feel so welcome on our check in and checking out......i was very sad to leave.

Great stay

Condo was very clean and well taken care of. Furnishings are nice, as are kitchen supplies. Definitely a fully equipped kitchen. I liked the fact that some cooking supplies were available. I imagine people leave things behind for others to use, and we did the same. The outdoor facilities including pool were also nice. The apartment has a partial ocean view from the living room balcony. The two smaller bedrooms face the "lap" type pool. The property itself was very quiet when we were there. This building is mostly comprised of rental units, and is well maintained and run, and feels totally safe. There was an office there although we never actually caught the manager on duty, but then again we never needed them. Bert's instructions and thoughtfulness made the whole thing a breeze.

Platinum level stay simply outstanding

Having been to Florida five times previously we decided to spend some time at the beach as well as visiting the parks etc in Orlando, so i was looking for a property that had the ideal location (right on the beach) plus the luxury to match and i found it in Bert's condo on siesta key.The condo is truly wonderful, its really really spacious with plenty of light and has an airy feeling to it. At the condo you will find gorgeous furnishings, exceptional comfort, a superbly fitted out kitchen, three gorgeous bedroom (the master suite is awesome with a huge bathroom), two bathrooms, two balconys (front and rear) with the rear balcony just off the two rear bedrooms and the lap pool within about ten paces. We used the outside grill and ate on the balcony which is screened by tropical palms so you get lots of privacy. The big pool and spa we used a few times but the majority of the time we spent on the beach which is literally five paces from the pool and i have to say is the best beach ive ever had the pleasure to walk on.....the sand is like icing sugar, so white and fine and doesn't retain the heat so no burnt feet when walking to the water. Bert has thought of everything that you could possibly need for your stay and if you need something which isnt there, (which i very much doubt) Bert will find how to get it for you. He even supplied beach toys, beach chairs, extra beach towels and if you run out of clean towels Bert has supplied great laundry facilities which are dead easy to use. I cannot rave enough about this beautiful condo it is simply wonderful and im so looking forward to going back very soon. I would never stay in any other property now in siesta key having had such a blissful stay at Berts condo. Luxurious Siesta Key Condo

Our family has been going to Siesta Key for more than 30 years, and this condo is just fabulous. We've rented Bert's condo three times the past year!! The gulf view from the balcony is a slice of calm and beauty, and the beach is perfect for swimming and long walks--usually more serene than the public Siesta Beach area. Across the street are causal bars, restaurants and shops, including our favorites-the Orange Octopus, which serves homemade ice cream. Sunsets on the beach can be spectacular and always draw a crowd to watch and celebrate. We love the unique location of this particular unit because of the easy access through the back covered balcony directly to the lap pool wth arcing fountains and gas grill. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel a sense of luxury and relaxation overwhelm you! The furnishings, Tommy Bahama style bedrooms and high quality linens won't disappoint. The contemporary kitchen is well equipped to make any meal you desire, all within view of the water. Bert is professional and friendly and goes above and beyond your expectations to ensure your stay is perfect. We can't wait to go back again!

Wonderful beachfront retreat

My family and I have just returned from a wonderful vacation in Siesta Key. We've vacationed in Siesta Key a number of times before and this was our first time staying at Crescent Siesta Key. We can't say enough wonderful things about the location, the property, the property management and of course, the condo owner. The location is perfect. Beachfront with beach views and walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and everything you need. The property itself is managed with great care. There are beautiful amenities that are in perfect condition including two pools and two barbecues. Checking in and out was such an easy process. Our condo was absolutely stunning. Two beautiful patios made enjoying outside views and dining outside such a memorable experience. Spacious interiors and lovely furniture, bedding and decor made this such a lovely and luxurious home away from home. The condo was so perfectly appointed: ensuite laundry, beach towels, plastic tumblers, and every possible utensil, tool and appliance (just to name a few) ensured we had everything we needed to make gourmet meals at home or pack a picnic to enjoy on the beach. The condo owner was so welcoming and responsive. We're so thankful to him for making our stay such a memorable one. We hope to return again for another wonderful family trip.
