The Space:
Casa Ensueño is a beautifully designed home which has everything you need to feel at ease and comfortable. You will love the open-concept living room with natural sunlight coming in through sliding doors, as well as the outdoor terrace for dining or relaxing. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances like: oven, dishwasher, and electric stovetop that are perfect for cooking up your favorite dishes!

On the first floor, you will find all of the essentials for your stay: a guest bedroom with a full bed and ensuite bathroom. On the second level is the spacious master bedroom that includes king-sized bed, en suite bathroom, Smart TV in both bedrooms as well as a separate entertainment room perfect for movie nights! We also provide high speed wireless internet access throughout so you can keep up on business back home while enjoying your vacation or just getting away from it all.

We want you to feel like home. For that reason, Casa Ensueño is outfitted with all the comforts of home! There are linens and beach towels for daydreaming on the terrace or sunbathing at Medano Beach just 5 min walking. Complimentary toiletries in case you forgot anything important back at home; trash bags so that when it's time to head out again there will be nothing left behind but memories. You'll also find toilet paper, as well as an iron/board for wrinkle-free clothing before heading off into town--and a washer/dryer inside if clothes get too messy.

Our guests can enjoy the Day Pass at Casa Dorada Resort Beach Club and Pool. It is a great way to spend the day by the beach and enjoy having access to the resort facilities. Enjoy our special rate of $2000 mxn per adult per day for pool & beach club access. (1600 mxn will be applied to the consumption of food and beverage ) | (discount applicable for children). No reservation needed, we recommend early arrival at the Resort to ensure availability. *This is a third-party property price and access is subject to the availability and capacity of the Resort.*

The Neighborhood:
Guests will have access to the full Condo, plus access to The Paraiso Residences Terraces overlooking the marina and gym in the tower with gorgeous ocean views.

Getting Around:
Paraiso Residences is on the upper level of Puerto Paraiso Mall, so you will be steps away to Cabo San Lucas Marina. It's a place where everything happens and within walking distance of restaurants, clubs strip mall shopping area! You'll feel like you are in paradise with its amazing views of yachts and boats cruising by every day.

Medano Beach is within walking distance as well as Cabo San Lucas Downtown, both less than 5 minutes away. Getting around the town: - Uber service is very convenient, with the exception of Airport and Resorts where it isn't allowed.

Other Things to Note:
Please be advised that the Mall, located below The Paraiso Residences, is currently undergoing some renovation work. Because of this, you may hear construction noise during your stay, especially between May and June. While we hope it won’t affect your experience too much, there could be occasional noise at different hours.

Please note: Due to maintenance improvements in the mall area below the unit, repair work is currently being carried out at night. This may cause some noise between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM.


Please note that a $12 Environmental Fee per stay will be applied to all bookings starting February 1, 2025, to support local sustainability.

This property is for sale, if you are interested and would like to have more information about this "running business" please contact us. LOUD NEIGHBORHOOD: Being located just in downtown, a few steps from Cabo's nightlife, so it might be noisy if you are very sensitive.

If you plan to rent a car, please let us know in advance to advise security.

Please don't forget to leave your Condo keys when you leave, lost keys have a replacement cost of $20 USD

In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
