Cabo Condo 50 au centre-ville de Marina!

Le condo est très spacieux, ayant deux chambres (avec lits Queen size) et deux salles de bains (avec des comptoirs en marbre), plus de 1000 m² avec une cuisine complète (avec comptoirs en granit), et un salon avec canapé-lit. AC refroidi et le réservoir d'eau chaude pour l'eau chaude insuite garanti. Très bien situé à la marina dans le centre de Cabo San Lucas (près de la Plaza Nautica), à distance de marche de toutes les attractions majeures, y compris nager avec les dauphins à Cabo Dolphins, le centre commercial de luxe Puerto Paraiso, la magnifique plage de Medano, et le meilleur clubs tels que Cabo Wabo, Giggling Marlin, El Squid Roe and Nowhere Bar. Dans le centre commercial Tesoro Resort et sur la marina adjacente immédiate boadwalk vous pouvez vous arranger pour toutes sortes d'activités nautiques, notamment la plongée en apnée, plongée, parachute ascensionnel, sous-marinage, ski nautique, et des chartes de pêche, qui peuvent tous partir dans les deux minutes de la copropriété.

Magique, envoûtante Los Cabos, où le Pacifique se écrase dans la mer de Cortés à la fin "El Arco" Land tandis que la fête continue. Après votre arrivée à l'aéroport de San Jose del Cabo (SJD), vous pouvez prendre un 40 minutes navette van balade à travers ou San Jose del Cabo passé, puis le long du corridor Cabo et le bas pour Cabo San Lucas. Toute cette zone est appelée Los Cabos, mais à notre condo vous êtes carrément dans le centre de l'action, dans le complexe Tesoro Hôtel dans lequel notre condo est situé et où ceux dans le troupeau de savoir pour se prélasser au soleil et avoir une certaine grave amusant mexicaine. Los Cabos se montrer à personne un bon moment. Choisissez parmi les innombrables activités de cette région précieux et rendre vos vacances aussi relaxant ou excitant que vous le désirez.

This was 2nd stay here to see Sammy Hagar at Cabo Wabo. It’s comfortable, quiet, safe, and has all the basics. The AC and the WiFi both work great. Definitely a good spot for fishing charters. Communicating with Jim was easy although we didn’t need anything. I would stay here again for sure.

Awesome location right at the Marina. We only had to use a cab to get from and return to the airport. Everything else was an easy walk. Condo always had a nice breeze blowing through it. If you dont need all the fancy frills of a resort Condo 50 is a great option.

Center of everything. Nicely appointed

This place was in a great location central to everything. Lots of restaurants lots of shops lots of things to do by just walking close by. It’s nicely appointed with everything you need to be comfortable. The only negative thing was the noise at night. There’s a karaoke bar at the end of the street that is so loud it booms through the windows. If you’re a light sleeper or go to bed before too bring some earplugs. Once we book, the owner was great to communicate with an answer properly made sure all our questions were answered. A very nice property and a hidden gem

Perfect in every way

We have stayed at Tesoro Hotel many times but will only stay here in the future. The owner was very easy to communicate with. He initiated calls and emails to give us information and updates. The condo has every thing you could want: clean, comfortable, good A/C, WiFi, hot water, a location that can’t be beat and plenty of room to relax in. It was truly a home away from home in Mexico. We loved it and look forward to staying here again.

Awesome Location!

This is a great property in the perfect location for Cabo San Lucas. It is spacious, and we’ll appointed. The only criticism I have is that there is no central air, the only air conditioner is in the master bedroom, and it is a mini split. Also, they need a large trashcan in the kitchen with instructions as to location of the dumpster. But I loved my stay, and would definitely return!

We really enjoyed staying here!

Location was awesome. Right downtown where we wanted to be. The Condo itself was great. Took a few tries to find all the switches to run lights and fans, but overall we had an amazing stay. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Cabo. One thing I would hope too see next time is an umbrella out on the patio. There was a table and chairs, but if we wanted to sit outside there wasn't any shade. This would be a huge positive for us. Thanks for having us!

Thank you Johnny for your review, we are glad you would stay here again! We have purchased an umbrella for the patio, so all should be good for your next visit. Hopefully all guests will put the umbrella down whenever they leave the condo or at night time - the winds can come up fast and damage an umbrella if let up.

Perfect location, Perfect condo

I just came back from an awesome stay in Cabo this spring break 2013. Jim and Patricia's condo was just perfect: the Wyndham hotel has a great location and great commodities. Jim seemed worried since we were a group of youngins, but finally trusted us and we actually took good care of his place. Also the property caretaker, Anna, was real nice and helpful. The payment and refund of the deposit went quite smoothly. We had no car but needed no taxis, everything was just a walk away (Clubs, restaurants, mall, etc). I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone who wants to have a fun, safe and comfortable stay in Cabo San Lucas. THANKS!!

Initially liked the property because of the value but turned out to be more trouble than it's worth

When I booked the property I thought it was a fantastic deal: 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, air conditioner, sofa bed, wi-fi, balcony and literally 10 steps from marina. Finding the place was easy, Jim Thatcher gave excellent directions prior to arrival along with notes on where to find groceries, how to set up Wi-Fi, etc... and how to contact the property manager, Ana Chong, which I will get to later. Little shower bottles were abundant, plenty of bed sheets, and it felt just like home. At first everything seemed to be fine, except for a few issues such as a shower rack that was loose, stains on mirror, and a loose door knob that slipped off often. Minor issues, but was still planning on giving this place 5 stars. The trouble started the second day when an A/C inside one of the rooms (separate from central A/C because it didn't reach one of the rooms) began leaking condensate inside the bedroom. We had to keep it on low and used pots to collect the water but was leaking so bad that we almost couldn't use it. We told Ana, the property manager, but she seemed not to care. On the 5th day it stopped leaking somehow and we were able to use it. Also, the A/C was not strong enough in the other bedroom and my partner and I sweated at night which made it hard to sleep. One of the bathroom toilet's water tank filled up so slowly that it could only be flushed once per hour. The Wi-Fi also went out periodically. I don't watch TV but the signal went weak at times. If this were all, then I would still give 4 stars, however, I am inclined to disclose that I believe there were bed bugs on the property. We found little bugs which I wanted to believe were baby ants, but several of us woke up with bites and we were quite itchy in bed at night. The final night I confirmed the bed bugs because I could feel them crawling on me for about an hour or so and I felt helpless but to ignore them and try to catch some sleep before the flight. Overall, I believe this is a great property that needs to be worked on. Ana, the property manager, did not check up on us once, but she did have great deals for activities. I have mixed feelings about this property, but probably would not stay here again in its current condition.

Contrary to the "belief" of this guest, there are no bed bugs in Condo 50. In the over 10 years of being listed with VRBO, the reviews have never said otherwise. This guest review came 3 weeks after the guest's stay, without any prior communication about the guest's belief about his last night's stay. Our property caretaker Ana had our regularly scheduled fumigator (Terminex) thoroughly check the condo after this review and there were no pests of any kind. I am now adding that several guests have stayed in Condo 50 since this guest did, and there is no problem. This review was reckless speculation and not appreciated.
