The Space:
Casa de Nava is located in " Golden Zone" which is right in the heart of Cabo San Lucas luxurious Marina. This stunning condo is inside the exclusive community of Paraiso Residences, in the upper level of the Puerto Paraiso Shopping Mall, with 24-hour security, private elevators and exclusive parking for your convenience. This delightful, modern and fully equipped condo features:
- Master bedroom with king size bed, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom, with direct access to the terrace.
- 2nd bedroom with two full beds, Smart TV and also ensuite bathroom. The spacious living room has a large smart TV, sliding doors that fully open to enjoy a beautiful cozy, indoor terrace with seating area and BBQ grill. To truly experience Cabo fun-in-the-sun, head upstairs to the expansive private rooftop area fully equipped with lounge chairs, seating area, and dining table, great for entertaining. It's has an unbeatable location, just a few blocks away from the beach and right in the heart of downtown Cabo San Lucas, it is sure to be the perfect Oasis for your Cabo getaway.

* Cleaning and disinfecting protocols have been upgraded to guarantee a safe environment. We have implemented protocols to clean and disinfect all rooms, and frequently touched surfaces, as doorknobs, handles, remote controls and light switches. Certified Hospital grade disinfectant used.
* Antibacterial gel and disinfectant available for guest use.
* During any interaction with our staff, we will be equipped with protective gear (masks)

Guest Access:
Full Condo at their disposal, plus access to The Paraiso Residences Terraces overlooking the marina and gym in the tower with gorgeous views of the Marina.


Our guests can enjoy the Day Pass at Casa Dorada Resort Beach Club and Pool. It is a great way to spend the day by the beach and enjoy having access to the resort facilities. Enjoy our special rate of $100 USD per adult per day for pool & beach club access. (80 USD will be applied to the consumption of food and beverage ) | (discount applicable for children). No reservation needed, we recommend early arrival at the Resort to ensure availability. *This is a third-party property price and access is subject to the availability and capacity of the Resort.*

The Neighborhood:
Paraiso Residences is on the upper level of Puerto Paraiso Mall, so you will be steps away to Cabo San Lucas Marina. It's a place where everything happens and within walking distance of restaurants, clubs strip mall shopping area! You'll feel like you are in paradise with its amazing views of yachts and boats cruising by every day.

Getting Around:
Getting around the town: - Uber service is very convenient, with the exception of Airport and Resorts where it isn't allowed.
- Private transportation is available from/to Airport for $185 USD (1-8 passengers) Send us your flight information if you would like us to help you book it!
Medano Beach is within walking distance as well as Cabo San Lucas Downtown, both less than 5 minutes away.

Other Things to Note:
LOUD NEIGHBORHOOD: Being located just in downtown, a few steps from Cabo's nightlife, so it might be noisy if you are very sensitive.
We accept small dogs, however we need to be notified before arrival.
Vaccination certificate is required.
Non-refundable $250 USD pet fee applies. 
Last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.

If you plan to rent a car, please let us know in advance to advise security.

Please don't forget to leave your Condo keys when you leave, lost keys have a replacement cost of $20 USD

In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.

Interaction with Guests:
While we want you to freely enjoy your stay, be assured that our Property Management and Concierge staff will be at your service since you book and through your stay for any question or reservation you may need.
Security staff is available on site 24 hours.
