The main strip is all about restaurants, bars and nightclubs, as well as local stores. The Paraiso Residences, located in Puerto Paraiso Mall, are just in the middle of both, the Marina / Beach and the strip.

Being in the Marina it's just a few steps to go fishing, snorkeling, parasailing or just jogging around this beautiful area, and in the evening get ready to walk around and enjoy fine dining and Cabo's nightlife.

Getting Around:
Medano Beach is within walking distance as well as Cabo San Lucas Downtown, both less than 5 minutes away.
Getting around the town:
- Uber service is very convenient, with the exception of Airport and Resorts, where it is not allowed.
- Taxis are available right by Puerto Paraiso main entrance and all around the marina. They can be expensive.

LOUD NEIGHBORHOOD: Being located just in downtown, a few steps from Cabo's nightlife, this MIGHT result in noisy nights (music), specially in the bedroom that faces the Marina & downtown. For your comfort, we have a White Noise Machine for your use, in case there's music disturbing you.

If you plan to rent a car, please let us know in advance to advise security.

Please don't forget to leave your Condo keys when you leave, lost keys have a replacement cost of $20 USD
