From its coastal color palette to it's beautiful pool view, this sparkling 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in Summer Beach's Sailmaker community has so much to offer!

As you enter the foyer you will be swept away by the understated classic charm of this condo. The first space you encounter is the fully stocked kitchen with an adjacent laundry room for convenience. Whether you're making snacks to take to the beach or preparing a full meal, you'll find everything you need! The kitchen overlooks the dining room with a light oak table and six rush seat dining chairs.

The living room features a queen sleeper sofa and 75 inch wall mounted flat screen smart TV. Sliding glass doors in the living room add brightness to the entire space and lead to the private balcony which overlooks the stunning Sailmaker community pool. With two cozy outdoor chairs this is an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail!

Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms at opposite ends of the hall. The master bedroom includes a king sized bed and wall mounted smart TV. The attached full bath has a generously sized vanity and tiled walk-in shower.

The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, wall mounted smart TV and full bath with a shower/tub combo.

A quick 2.5 minute walk will take you directly to the water's edge and sandy beaches of the gorgeous Florida coastline. The Summer Beach Community is ocean front so no need to cross any streets to get the the private beach access. The Sailmaker pool this villa overlooks is the centerpiece of the Sailmaker community. Surrounded by oak trees and encircled by lounge chairs this is a great spot to spend the day! The nearby beach boardwalk is completely stair free allowing easier access for bikes, baby strollers, wheeled coolers, beach wagons, etc. This townhome is just steps from the Ritz Carlton - Amelia Island where guests have access to the resort's restaurants, shops and spa.

We had a 2nd floor view of the pool surrounded by beautiful liveoak trees. it was shaded most of the time with a cool gentle breeze. The sun rise was right in front of us every morning thru the deck doors. we had a very relaxing stay.

Lots of great areas nearby for morning walks or bike rides! Easy access to beach. Super convenient to get to downtown Fernandina. Enjoyed the patio facing the pool! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location

Nice and quiet neighborhood. Condo was clean and comfortable. They do not provide any toiletries except hand soap so remember to bring your own. Overall it was perfect for us.

Week at Ferdandina Beach

Fantastic location. Super close to beach and short drive into the cutest town ever! Issue with unit when we first arrived was taken care of promptly by owners. Kitchen is galley style...living room small but adequate for 4 people. Bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. Bathrooms were average . Overall this unit needs updating and new kitchenware, but for a week was fine for our family. We would definitely plan another trip to this area and would use Amelia Island Getaways again.

Wonderful time at Sailmaker 406

We had a wonderful three night stay. The unit was exactly as described and was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. Loved the huge tv in the living room. Three unexpected bonuses: 1) the short walk on the beach to the Ritz Carlton where we went for lunch and drinks 2) The unit was two stories which really gave us a lot of extra room. The bedrooms were on the second floor on opposite ends of the floor for extra privacy. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. 3) All the turtles we saw on the beach Could not recommend a place more. We can’t wait to return to this wonderful unit and Amelia Island!!

Great Location for relaxing Family getaway

Our family really enjoyed this place. Great view of pool. Everything you need. Our only complaint was a big one for FL. The upstairs bedrooms need portable AC units. It was at least 15 to 20 degrees hotter upstairs, even with the ceiling fans on. They make those free standing floor models. We had those at a place we stayed at in Maine. It's hard to sleep when you're hot. That's the only reason we didn't give 5 stars. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

The location of this property is ideal for families looking to stay in a residential neighborhood, where you can get to the beach in less than 3 minutes by walking across the private parking lot within the community. We have been experiencing uncharacteristic heat (even for Florida), so the stress on the AC's is something that has been happening across the state. Relaxing, quiet vacation

Great property for our family of 5. Condo was a bit dated but everything in working order. Our view overlooked the pool, no beach view from our unit. But beach was only 5 min walk, our unit supplied beach cart and chairs which was great!Complex was also very nice, close parking, central pool location. Was also very quiet. This is what we were hoping for even though it was spring break. All people we met in the complex were very friendly. Did get a couple restaurant recommendations from a resident.Property is centrally located for any ammenity, 5 min drive to grocery store, 10 min to Walmart, 15 minutes to downtown Fernandina Beach. Looks like abundant golf opportunities as well.Host was very attentive, communication was great from start to finish. Host called midweek to check on us, texting and emailing check-in and checkout procedures, very seamless.Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy some beach time with family, Amelia Island is beautiful and laid back. Our first time to a spot in Northern Florida on the ocean side and we loved it and will be back!Thank you Amelia Island Getaways!!
