Perfectly situated right on the beach, this one-bedroom home is going to be the ideal place for a couple's getaway to Gulf Shores. The interior is open and spacious, with a living area that includes floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable furniture, a flatscreen TV, and beautiful floors. The full kitchen features small and major appliances and ample counter space for preparing your favorite meals, and you can enjoy your creations from the breakfast bar stools or outside on the furnished balcony with views of the gulf just beyond. After spending a long afternoon on the beach, come back to spritz away the sand with the outdoor shower then take the elevator to access this ninth-floor suite. The private washer and dryer will ensure you always have fresh clothes and the ceiling fans will keep everything nice and cool during your stay. Don't forget to visit the shared pool, sauna, gym, and hot tub while you're here.

Condo was in a great location. We enjoyed our stay but there were a few things that needed attention.We were greeted by a large bug. It is the south and there was only one, but it was the first impression. The large white chair in the corner is very dirty and needs to be cleaned. The garbage disposal side of the sink smelled like a sewer. We flushed it many times but eventually gave up and just plugged it and didn’t use it. I called about the sink and someone said the would send someone out, but no one ever showed up or even contacted us again. I expected a few beach amenities, such as beach chairs or even beach towels. There was nothing. There was also no blankets, only sheets, so I had to sleep with extra towel draped on the bed.

Unit needs a little attention

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the lighthouse, comfortable bed, great views, lots of space, showers are a bit small but they work just fine. The complex had the most perfect kid friendly environment, we loved the pool, beach access is super easy to get to. Staff were helpful, we are already planning our next trip!

Don’t be fooled!

Lighthouse is a great condominium with wonderful amenities. Don’t be fooled into the nice pictures of this unit like we were. The bed is in terrible shape. Mattress desperately needs replacing. I could see the indentations as soon as I walked in the room. I messaged Vacasa right away and was told local management would be in touch(which was a total lie), on the second day I followed up and was basically told that they were letting owner know and that we wouldn’t have a new mattress in time for our stay…. Basically that we were out of luck. Very disappointing for this complex and company. Mattress was so worn I seriously doubt this was the first time it was brought to their attention. They even tried to make it better with a foam topper which didn’t help at all. Vacasa did nothing to try to remedy the situation. Very disappointing. Won’t be using them again if at all possible.

Family Vacation

We had a great time! This condo was clean and great views of the beach. The security was strict with making sure the teens were behaving themselves while on the property which was great. We had teens with us and they made sure they were making good choices!! It was walking distance to some of the fun shops and food.

Wonderful

Absolutely love this property!! 2nd time at this condo! We will be back to 917 on our next trip to Gulf Shores. The owners have thought of everything, including a hairdryer! I mentioned that in my first review two years ago. Fantastic!

Can’t wait to come back!

This condo was the perfect size! We loved how bright and clean it was and nicely updated. The kitchen was great! More than enough utensils and cookware to use and plenty of variety. The balcony was so cute and inviting with a high top table and chairs- plenty of seats and room to hang out. The bathrooms were both spacious and updated! The huge jetted tub in the main bath was great after coming off of the beach. For as many people who stay at the Lighthouse, we didn’t feel like it was noisy at all. We had a relaxed stay. Elevators, parking garage, check in, beach access, chair rentals- all a breeze. We had zero issues.

Fantastic condo and customer service!

The condo was very comfortable and clean. We loved the view of the gulf from the balcony, family room and master bedroom. Vacasa was great to work with! The lock in the front door wasn’t working and Meagan kept in touch with me throughout the day (on her day off) and it was replaced.
