The unit is located on the Penthouse floor and is the closest unit to the elevator. This is the Largest 2 Bedroom on the property. It sleeps 8 with over 2000sqft including a balcony that views the Bay, Gulf and both large pools.

The master bedroom offers a relaxing oversized tub, king size bed and floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that lead out to the balcony furnished with table and chairs to watch the boats drive by and take in the amazing views. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed with a twin over twin bunk bed and full bathroom. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

The private balcony overlooks the Gulf and the Bay and is accessed from the master bedroom and the living room. There are 10-foot ceilings throughout with a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room.

Amenities at the Caribe are second to none. Enjoy peace of mind at the resort with 24 hour security and a guard shack entry. It’s always voted as one of the top resorts in orange beach-it has multiple pools (including 3 indoor heated), multiple water slides, a lazy river, 9 hot tubs (both indoor and outdoor), an outside playground, putt putt areas, splash pad area, ping pong, fishing piers, fitness centers, dolphin cruises and boat rentals, the list goes on! All the sports courts you could think of-putting greens, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, corn hole. It’s on the bay side of the road only because the beach side of the road is protected so there are no buildings allowed to be built there. So I like to say the beach is in your front yard and the bay is in your backyard. There are no major roads to cross-only a private road that leads to our resort, our restaurant (voted one of the best in orange beach) and our marina. Or we have complimentary trolleys (think oversized golf carts) that will take you to and from the beach as often as you like. Private cabanas, tiki bar and on site coffee bar too!

Have a boat? Bring it! Huge dock is available for rent to accommodate all size vessels with fresh water and power. Gravel parking lot on site to park your trailer. Ask me for pricing! Caribe Marina and Watersports is located adjacent to the property where you can get fuel, bait, ice and tackle. With this unit, TAKE ADVANTAGE of the large fish cleaning station and carts to haul your fish from the boat to the table. No boat? Inshore and offshore charters available on site!
