This property offers a welcoming year-round outdoor enthusiasts. The location makes for a picture-perfect getaway amidst breathtaking scenery and is convenient to the best the area has to offer. Guests can explore the outdoors and enjoy hiking, golfing, a day at the lake, and more. And when it’s time to move indoors, take a relaxing dip in the pool or gaze at the stars from the balcony. This property is the perfect place to rest after a day of adventure! We are within a 10-minute drive of Lake Success, Sequoia National Forest (40-minutes form Trail of 100 Giants) .
This is the perfect place for your lake or hiking retreat. It comes with everything you will need for a weeklong stay, including fresh linens, towels, toiletry, and kitchenware. Highspeed internet available throughout the house. The pool offers the icing on the cake after a long day hiking or fishing at the lake.
The Space
3-bedroom house with hardwood floors. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a very firm mattress . The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The main room has a queen sofa bed. Central A/C through out the house.
The kitchen has a new refrigerator, microwave, gas range, and a coffee maker. *****back house on property. We host guest. Pool is shared.

Relaxing Family Retreat

This home has some much to offer. Near lakes and Sequoia National Park
 lots to do or lots of space to relax. My kiddos had so much fun in the pool and Izzy was very responsive an exceptional host!! The home smelled lovely and is very clean and well maintained. I can’t say enough and would recommend this home to anyone.

Cozy with nice views

My adult son and I were taking a road trip to see some state parks. We stayed here because it was close to one of our destinations Sequoia National Park. I was happy to be able to do my laundry using the outside washer and dryer. The house was cozy. I enjoyed relaxing in the sun by the pool.

Great host, great house!

Property was as described, everything was clean and in working order. We were short a few towels, but they were promptly delivered to us with a box of chocolates which we very much appreciated! It was a bit cold to use the pool when we visited, but the area looked very nice. Overall, it is a very cozy and accommodating home for a small to mid size group. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Amazing place

This place was so amazing. Love the vibe and style of the home. Izzy was also great with communication and also with accommodating with us who was a large group preparing for a wedding. If you watch Hallmark and have always wanted to stay in a home like one- this is it! Such a beautiful stay here.

Highly Recommended - I rented this property for my daughter the bride and her bridesmaids for my her wedding at Springville Ranch and they absolutely loved it so much the bride and groom decided to stay in her rental on their wedding night - would definitely book again!!!

Best stay for National Park visitors!

I have used several vrbo homes worldwide and this home was by far one of the most well maintained and thoughtful homes I have stayed in! The home was very clean and the host had left supplies for every possible problem we may run into during our stay (from a flashlight by the door to several extra pillows and sheets)! Our family visited Sequoia and Kings Canyon Park and the location was perfect for the trips; if we choose to visit the parks again, we will definitely be returning to this location, if possible! We stayed during the holidays and the home was wonderfully furnished with several cute holiday decorations throughout the house—even with a fully set holiday dinner table! The house comfortably accommodated 6 adults, 1 child, and a dog (with room for more guests!). If you need to stay in the Springville area and want a beautifully furnished home, don’t think twice—this is the place to stay!
