Master bathroom with soaking tub & separate shower. Wifi included. Flat screen smart tvs in 2 bedrooms and living room. Full kitchen, dinning table for 6, eat in bar. Massage chair and work station. Two Assigned parking spaces included. Rm1:King bed, Rm2: Queen bed, Rm3: Queen bed with twin bunk bed on top.

Property was exactly as advertised, excellent communication

The location and amenities were perfect for what we needed. And as it was a 'working vacation' trip, the massage chair came in very handy! Property manager responded very quickly to questions. We'll be back next year.

Short stay before a cruise

We stayed 1 night with 6 adults. The property was clean but it smelled damp when we first opened the door. The massage chair was fun. It was unusually cold for Florida & we could not turn on the heat & there was only one space heater. We did not use the kitchen.

The neighborhood itself was a little concerning but the house was cozy and fit our family. There was plenty of room for us and was overall nice and comfortable

Short stay

This was a short stay overnight before a cruise. The location was convenient to both airport and port. It was walking distance to get some breakfast and easy pizza delivery the night before. Great stop over place.

Communication

When speaking to management about parking and about an ac issue they were snippy and came off rude. I had never encountered parking issues when renting from Vrbo, I understand this location is tight but the manner in which the responses were sent were kinda rude. When I contacted about the ac not lowering and it being rather warm in the house , again they were snippy. The house itself is cute,cozy and clean.

The Property was good. It was unseasonably cold and a little difficult to warm up the place. The owners supplied space heaters and responded well to help us.

Nice and roomy!

Very clean and roomy. Parking can be tricky but then again I'm driving a 12 passenger van. Everything was just as advertised and super comfortable! Shower water pressure....holy cow it was amazing! Family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was a nice break from driving before getting on the cruise ship!

They have roaches and agent is rude

First when we got there we like cool nice little house but went inside to a mildew smell contacted the agent she said what u want me to do then after that we say roaches contacted her again and ask her to send and exterminator And something for the mildew smell she was very nasty and not very easy to communicate with will never rent there again

Check in information wasn’t provided- had to reach out to property manager directly. Location not desirable. Outside not very well kept. Parking was crazy. Floors uneven. No drinking glasses. Cable kept going out. Unsure what the buildings were in the backyard- we’re people living in them and on the boats? Seemed unusual.

Dirty and moldy smell

Good evening, My group and I were very disappointed with this Vrbo. The property was not cleaned nor sanitary for our stay. There was a cockroach nearly size of a hand in the bedroom, the sheets in 2 beds were not washed and visibly were dirty, there was an odor of mold, and there was even garbage and dirt under the main coffee table. It was also extremely hazardous that there was a part of the floor sunken in as well as the electrical breaker being directly in the bathroom. We would like compensation for this stay as we were not comfortable and even considered leaving to sleep in a clean hotel. I am not one to complain but I hope you can understand our frustrations. Not what I was expecting

In this case, I really don’t blame the host. I had to find something very quickly so I didn’t read all of the description for this property. I never would have booked this property if I had been more thorough. I do believe the photos of the outside are misleading though. The parking situation is subpar and the property is very old despite the updates on the inside. The shared coin laundry is also something I should have noticed, but didn’t because I was rushing. It also took almost 24 hours for the host to respond when I reached out to express my concerns. Just because of what my family needs when we travel I will not book this property again.

Good location

I have rented several homes in several states. I was expecting an in home washer and dryer, not a community coin washer and dryer. We had no beach towels or beach chairs or cooler to go to the beach, therefore having to use bath towels. No wash clothes to do dishes, and wipe counters. The pans need to be thrown out. What a joke. We stayed for 8 days and made do with what was there, but we had to purchase dollar store cleaning wipes, handy wipes to clean counters and dishes, cheap micofiber hand towels for each bathroom so we could dry our hands after using the bathroom. We had to buy storage bags, a chamois cloth to dry dishes, and plastic wrap and foil. The house was very damp and musty smelling. Seriously needs a dehumidifier. No blanket for the upper bunk, and some of the light switches in the hall dont work. Not enough hooks to hang wet bath towels. No vacuum to help clean the floors. We flew in, so having these amenities should have been there. Two of the knive handles fell off. What a joke! No baking sheet to use for a frozen pizza. We left the cheap towels there for the next guests. Needs serious kitchen and bath supplies. On a positive note, the beds were decent. Location was good. Wont be coming back.
