Situé à deux pas de l’Opéra Garnier dans une rue calme, ce grand appartement climatisé (150 m²) à la décoration raffinée et typiquement parisienne, saura vous séduire par ses volumes (3m70 de hauteur sous plafond) et la qualité de ses prestations.

Avec ses trois chambres et trois salles de bain, vous y trouverez un confort idéal : une première chambre master avec son lit King size et son dressing room ; les deux autres chambres sont équipées de lits Queen size et de leur penderie. Toutes les chambres sont climatisées.

Un grand salon confortable, avec son canapé et ses fauteuils design vous permettra de passer des moments agréables en famille ou entre amis. Bien sûr un wifi ultra haut débit est mis à votre disposition afin de rester connecter tout au long de votre séjour.

A proximité de votre appartement vous trouverez un large choix de restaurants et de célèbres chefs pâtissiers comme Cédric Grolet ou François Perret (Meilleur Chef pâtissier de restaurant du monde 2019) pour les amoureux de la gastronomie. The apartment was fantastic. It was perfect for our girls trip for seven nights. It is in a perfect location that is close to everything. We each had our own space, the beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were very modern. We would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

Don’t even know where to begin. We felt like we were part of the hustle and bustle of Paris staying in this upscale apartment. It is beautifully decorated, and the bathrooms and kitchen updated. A great location with grocery, the galleria Lafayette and cafes near by.

The host was very welcoming and the apartment was well stocked and came with some nice welcome gifts! Additionally, it is very large for a Paris apartment with tall ceilings and is well decorated. Would definitely stay here again, great location with many shops and cafes nearby.

My family of 6 stayed here for a week in Paris. Just steps from a metro stop, across the street from a Monoprix, and an easy walk to the Louvre, Royal Opera, and so many stunning location, it was ideally situated. It had everything we needed for our stay and management was very responsive.

A terrific few days in Paris! My wife and two adult daughters stayed at the property for four nights. The location is very convenient to the Opera, Museums, Latin Quarter and St-Germain Des Pres. Metro is also nearby. The property was very well kept and offered plenty of room for the four of us. Nicolas and Andrea were very responsive and we would not hesitate to stay here on our next visit to Paris.

Our family of 6 loved the apartment! The master bedroom and bath is on one side of the living room from the two other bedrooms and baths, so we each felt like we had our own areas. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. The property manager was very responsive. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect apartment, perfect location!

Our 8 night stay could not have been more perfect! The apartment was even better than expected, the elegant beauty of the rooms which the photos didn’t do justice could not have been more elegant. The ceiling moldings were some of the most beautiful I have even seen and all us were simply amazed we were lucky enough to call this home for our too short visit. I could not recommend this place more, it was beyond perfect.we will definitely stay here again, and again and again!

Excellent stay

Usually we’re staying at five star hotels, ritz or four seasons. This time I use my kid and my mother in law and decided to try the apartment to have a home feeling for a new year. I thought the place was well equipped, well located and incredibly well organized. Everything we needed was available. We appreciate the welcome champagne and a bottle of Bordeaux. It was lovely and generous. I would definitely recommend this place and absolutely would rent it again.

Beautiful and spacious apartment

What a wonderful place. Very very spacious and clean. Beautiful place. Can’t say enough great things about it. Wonderful location as well. We normally stay in very nice 5 star hotels but now that my daughters are older, it’s nicer to stay in a place with larger common areas, and nicer to have a washer dryer as well. This apartment had the feel of a 5 star hotel and won’t disappoint. Air conditioning in every room was a major plus as well. Thank you.
