Perfect location
Very nice apartment with beautiful deck. Right across the street from the Pompidou Centre and seconds from a metro stop. Lively neighborhood with many restaurants and shops. 24 hour grocery 1 block away. Appropriate for close family or 1 couple. The master bedroom with beautiful bathroom is right next to the kitchen/dining room separated by a see through screen so no privacy. Well equipped with dishes and appliances. Would stay again.

Convenient location, clean and nicely appointed
Master bedroom shared the kitchen eating area, which made the master not private. Apartment was quiet and we felt very safe.
A Great Apartment in the Marais!
We stayed here in August 2019 with our two granddaughters, and the apartment was perfect! Marcello was extremely helpful and accommodating, gave us suggestions, and arranged taxis for us upon arrival and at departure. It’s a very impressive and comfortable apartment.
There were a few problems with the washer/dryer (needs replacement), and some high-tech devices to operate draperies, etc (very high-tech, but didn’t always work). Also, the kitchen and a few other spots could use some “touching up”. But these few issues were minor when compared to how wonderful the apartment and its owner were.
The bottom line is this - We would definitely recommend this apartment to others, and would rent it again for our next trip to Paris!
Great location and apartment!
We were able to walk directly from Marcello's place and the metro stop was minutes away. The apt. itself is lovely and the AC worked very well. Our 17 year-old granddaughter loved having the upstairs to herself--bed, small kitchen, partial bathroom, and patio. Of course we all joined her on the patio for snacks and a glass of wine. Marcello kindly met us there and gave us a great intro to the apt and the area. We would stay here again!!!
Great Location
We travelled as a family of 4 1 senior 2 Adults I child. We found Marcello the host to be very helpful. The apartment was sufficiently spacious with a great courtyard on top. All amenities were at hand and overall we enjoyed the location. The only slight surprise for us was the main bedroom did not have a solid wall adjoining the dining kitchen but rather a see through curtain so not very private if you need it but was ok for us as a family. Considering the location this was good value for money
