You'll be close to the beach, boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, water activities, and so much more. Spend lazy afternoons taking in the views from your front porch or sunbathing on the back deck. This downtown home boasts a comfortable living area with a sectional sofa along with a flatscreen TV with streaming services. Now you can totally catch up on your favorite series during your time away from home!

The eat-in kitchen has all the appliances and cookware needed to whip up everything, from full-course meals to sweet desserts and beach snacks. There is a six-person dining table, but if you'd like to truly make the most out of your stay, this retreat also has an outdoor dining area at the back deck. Right off the living room is a den with a desk, a sofa, and plenty of board games to enjoy! Sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms features a flatscreen TV and another one a washer/dryer.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
