Ocean block 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit less than a block to the beach and Atlantic Ocean and only 2 blocks to the Ocean City Convention Center - the perfect midtown location on 42nd St.! The main level features a large living area, dining table and kitchen with appliances including a blender, Keurig and a regular coffee maker. There's also a main level bedroom with a queen sized bed. The second floor has an additional two bedrooms with the first upstairs bedroom having a queen sized bed and the second upstairs bedroom having two bunk beds, each having a set of twin beds. The living room also offers a queen sleep sofa so this property can sleep and accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. In addition to the three full bathrooms, this unit is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The unit features central A/C, a washer and dryer, complimentary cable TV in the living room and wifi/high-speed internet, so you can stay connected during your vacation. You'll have a large deck where you can relax and take in the sun, along with two assigned parking spaces directly in front of the unit. There is typically additional free street parking nearby as well. This location offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. You're not far from the the inlet for the many festivals and offseason events the town offers. You'll be walking distance to Seacrets, 45th St. Taphouse, mini golf, shopping, etc. and also a 10 minute walk to a grocery store/deli so you don't need to go very far to have the perfect Ocean City location!

** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillow cases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $169.99. Guests must supply all soap and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
