We at Florida Sun Vacation Rentals are excited to offer you CANTERBURY 2256 AT INNISBROOK RESORT.

Beautifully Professionally Decorated Condo - Sleeps 2 Adults and 2 Children. The condo has a full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher), 1 king bed, 1 full bathroom. The living room sofa has a pull-out queen sleeper and walk out to balcony patio. It is turn key and ready for your enjoyment.

You will have access to the laundry room where you can do your laundry for free and hotel ice maker. Free parking is in the parking lot right outside your condo.

Your condo is located on the 2nd floor of the Canterbury building with walkout to your patio to enjoy wonderful views of the resort.

Your Bedroom has 1 king bed, its own full bathroom with a bathroom tub that includes a shower; there is a door between the living room and bedroom. You will have your own TV and Wifi.

The large living room has a sofa that can be pulled out into a queen sleeper. This condo is unique as it has a powder room accessible from the living room. The full-sized kitchen has refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

You have free cable TV, WIFI and central AC. Plenty of Towels, extra linens, hair shampoo/conditioner, soap, hair dryer, iron, iron board are provided. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and baking necessities, dishes, silverware, glasses etc. A toaster and microwave are in your condo as well.

The laundry room is located down the hallway of the building and has plenty of washers and dryers that are free for you to use.

The condo is located inside the beautiful 1000-acre Innisbrook Golf Resort and Spa with 24-hour gated security and home of the PGA Valspar Championships every March. The Resort has restaurants and a sports bar on site.

The Osprey Sports bar has live Entertainment every Friday and Saturday night from 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm. Packard's Steakhouse is a fine dining restaurant and one of the best Steakhouses in the area.

Guest access:

The condo has its own entrance and you will have the entire condo for yourself to enjoy, and relax with a wonderful view! Guest are permitted to use the laundry room and all of Innisbrook’s exceptional restaurants.

2nd floor unit, no elevators in the building.

Golf trip

Host was not helpful with issues. There was no access to amenities like other rentals. This was not disclosed. Small used bathroom soaps and shampoo. Not willing to assist or replace. overall bad experience.

Property had everything we needed except wine glasses and soap for the shower. Not well cleaned and my husband stepped on a piece of broken glass. Didn’t appear to have been vacuumed and the tile floors were not washed. Otherwise, nice property in good location

The one great thing about our host was they utilized text messaging and email. We had no questions about how to check in, but finding the condo was really hard in the dark. The AC is turned off when arrive. The sheets are awful, and hot water was very limited. The next day we happen to notice the binder with our instructions that state we cannot turn down the AC any lower than 73° because the AC unit will be overworked. I sent our host an email at 2:00 a.m. because I had no hot water and they did arrive by 10 AM to find that we did have hot water. Unfortunately it lasted only five minutes. We have stayed in this community before and the condo we had the last time was really nice so we were shocked at how small and out dated this condo was. I should’ve listened to the reviews. Great location great communication, but the issue with the AC is a dealbreaker for us. What are you supposed to do in the summer? What about a hot shower?

Brian, the property representative, was very accommodating and professional. All communication was responded to almost immediately and all rental arrangements were as stated. We would definitely rent through Brian again.
