We at Florida Sun Vacation Rentals are excited to offer you PRESTWICK 3115 AT THE INNISBROOK RESORT

Fully furnished and recently renovated Studio, Sleeps 2 Adults and 2 Children. The studio has a full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven), 2 queen bed, full bathroom with bathtub.

The living room sofa has a pull-out queen sleeper, dining space with walk out to the balcony patio. It is turn key and ready for your enjoyment. You will have access to the laundry room where you can do your laundry for free and hotel ice maker. Free parking is in the parking lot right outside your condo.

Your condo is located on the 2nd floor of the Prestwick building, with walkout to the balcony patio. You have free cable TV, WIFI and central AC. Plenty of Towels, extra linens, hair shampoo/conditioner, soap, hair dryer, iron, iron board are provided.

The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and baking necessities, dishes, silverware, glasses etc. We provide Coffee Maker. A toaster and microwave are in your condo as well.

The laundry room is located down the hallway of the building and has plenty of washers and dryers that are free for you to use.

The condo is located inside the beautiful 1000-acre Innisbrook Golf Resort and Spa with 24-hour gated security and home of the PGA Valspar Championships every March. The Resort has restaurants and a sports bar on site.

There are restaurants and bars on site: The Osprey Sports bar has live Entertainment every Friday and Saturday night from 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm. Packard's Steakhouse is a fine dining restaurant and one of the best Steakhouses in the area.

The condo has its own entrance and you will have the entire condo for yourself to enjoy, and relax with a wonderful view! Guest are permitted to use the laundry room and all of Innis brook’s exceptional restaurants.

Excellent experience.

Very clean comfortable accommodations for my weeklong stay in Florida. Used this is my base and drove around where I wanted to go. Being on the golf resort made it a very quiet, pristine atmosphere. Will keep this in mind for any future stays.

This was the perfect place for me to stay while visiting my son and his family in a different part of Innisbrook. The unit was spotless and the check in process very simple. I will be staying again when I'm back down in Palm Harbor. Thank you to my host and hostess.

Innisbrook Stay

We love staying in Innisbrook. We've been coming here for many years. Innisbrook is getting older. This unit is nice. There were some issues with gnats. An exterminator could remedy this. We will definitely rent again

wonderful golf hideaway

condo was very well maintained and the kitchen was well stocked. the checkin instructions need to have an address that Google can find, not just "Southgate is on the east side of Innisbrook property on Belcher Road and Innisbrook Rd half way between Klosterman and Alderman Rd." Also, my name was not in the security system, and it was good i had printed out my contract to show them. I would add to the property Overview that the renter is responsible for starting the washing of the towels using the soap and bleach provided to avoid that being overlooked. the balcony only has four chairs, so if you allow 6 persons, there are not enough chairs! the toaster only worked on the one side of both slots. the safe was found locked closed, so it was inoperable. none of these issues were a vacation killer.

Not Clean - Subpar

Mold in Shower, Dirty Pans & Utensils, Stained Towels & Rugs and the condo smelled musty. Air conditioning could not be set below 73 degrees so we were not comfortable.

Perfect little get away

Great location at the beautiful Innisbrook Golf Resort. This adorable condo met all our desires and needs for our short trip to Palm Harbor. Great communication with the property manager and everything went smoothly with the check in at the guarded gate. 5 stars 🌟
