Nestled in a peaceful nature preserve that is minutes from the beach and all the shops and restaurants in town. Sleeps up to 10 in 3BR/2.5BA, with oversized master, multiple hang out spaces and large upstairs common area so you and your guests can spread out in over 2500 square feet total. Community pool is a short walk away and features a large bubble splash pad ideal for kids or lounging in the water. Multiple decks are perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or your evening glass of wine to the sound of running water from the pond right outside.

Perfect for us!

Very nice house. Great space, bedrooms were perfect, had everything we needed. Golf cart rental across the street with parking space for your vehicle. Definitely recommend!

Loved this house!

This was a great home for our family. There was plenty of room for us to spread out but still enjoy family time. The outdoor spaces upstairs and down were very nice. Home was clean and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well equipped as well! Our family loved this home. It is also close to most everything in Port A including the beach!

Excellent communication w/owner. House clean. Just a few cooking/serving items needed cleaning. Have stayed before-good location, flexible sleeping areas, good cooking pans & utensils.

Awesome property

When the advertisement says the chicken is stocked, it really is. We were happily surprised that there were 2 coffee pots—Keruig and regular and there were many pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses. Everything was perfect. Washer and dryer worked beautifully and came in really handy. The property owner was very responsive and nice to deal with. I give it 5 out of 5 stars and would definitely rent it again.

Amazing property

The villa verde have everything we needed for our family vacation. The pool was short short walking distance, the neighborhood and neighbors were kind and friendly. The house had absolutely everything we needed, wasn’t sure as most places say this and sometimes still have to drive to IGA, but villa verda was on point. If you do decide to drive to town it’s very close and short drives. The family absolutely loved that they had games in hand that we could play. I was able to fit my family of 8 in the home with ease and extra beds still available. This is the best home I’ve stayed at in port A. I will definitely be booking villa Verda again, great location, and even better hosts!!! Thank you again jenni!!!!

Great Port A Getaway!!!

We loved staying here. It was conveniently located, very clean and well-appointed, and the one question we had during our stay as answered very quickly by the host. Highly recommend, and we look forward to staying here again soon!!!

Great house to rent with small kids

Owners were very responsive, place was a good layout, and overall great place to rent. It is on the other side of the main road from the beach so with small kids we definitely had to drive each day. Overall, I would rent again, it had a pool you could walk to that the kids loved and the open floor plan made it easy to cook and watch the kids. Each single bed was a trundle which was super helpful to put little ones on and not worry about them falling out of the bed.

Perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Everything was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We loved the location and the layout of the house. Kitchen was fully stocked. The downstairs living area is large and the upstairs sleeping arrangements were more than enough for 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids total). We can’t wait to go back!

From booking to check out everything was fantastic every step along the way!! I especially appreciated the prompt responses from Jenni if I had any questions. The house is gorgeous and beautifully decorated providing the perfect backdrop for our girls beach weekend get away!! The house was so fabulous and comfortable that it made it hard to want to leave to actually go to the beach. We all really loved and enjoyed the THREE outdoor spaces especially!! There was such a lovely breeze that the porch was the perfect place for our morning coffee. And the beds were so comfortable it made it hard to want to get up in the morning!! It was probably the best few nights sleep I’ve had in months!! Villa Verde is definitely a wonderful space for either just a family to get away or a large group. We really appreciated that the kitchen was furnished with everything we could’ve needed, we felt right at home. Do yourself a favor and book Villa Verde!!

Beautiful Home!

The house is beautiful, we had plenty of space for our family to enjoy the our time together. The garage was nice to be able to put a vehicle in and off the street. The location is great it is just a few minutes from the beach and close to town. The check in and out was easy. We enjoyed our time in the house and would rent it again.
