The Hookout is a 3br/2bth, 1400 sq ft bright and elevated townhome located 1 block/walking distance from the beach. Completely renewed in 2022, this fresh and inviting family beach home boasts an open kitchen with new modern appliances, bar with wine fridge, coffee station, front loading washer/dryer and a large balcony overlooking the pool. The home has views of the surf from the balcony and two bedrooms. Island Dunes complex has expansive manicured grounds with fenced pool, lawn games, charcoal grills, ping pong, boat parking, fish cleaning station and full time staff to ensure your stay is enjoyable.
The Hookout was completely renewed by the family owners in 2022. On entering the home you will be welcomed to the living room with gorgeous décor and balcony access providing roof top views. Living room has ample space for entraining, separate wine bar and relaxing with an afternoon siesta.
Overlooking the pool with views of the surf, our large balcony is perfect for late night star gazing, sunset cocktails, early morning coffee with bird watching and âoccasional skydiverâ
Open kitchen is entirely new with induction cooktop, separate wall oven, expansive counter space, sit up peninsular and all the amenities to cook the days catch.
Master suite has a king bed with separate balcony access, on-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower and private toilet. This comfortable room has a Tv and chaise long for private afternoon naps. The walk in closet is large enough to fully unpack and extend your stay.
Two guest bedrooms with roof top and surf views to welcome your family and friends. Both with TVâs, Guest bed 1 has a queen, guest bed 2 has a bunk with single over double and a single trundle below.
Wet bar is accessible from the family room and balcony and is equipped with a wine fridge and everything you need for your cocktail creations.
Superbly located, The Hookout provides easy walking access to the beach, golf cart rental and a new convenience store. The complex has ample parking for all your groups vehicles.
Unit is located on second floor-4 flights of stairs.
