This was a great condo for our family. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owners were very nice and responsive. We slept to the sound of the ocean and comfortably accommodated four of us. (We have two teen kids) The condo is walking distance to shopping and numerous restaurants which was very convenient after long days exploring. We visited in August which was hot but surprisingly not having AC wasn’t a problem. There are fans and so many open windows and doors. The only small thing we would have wished for was a larger couch in the living area. It would’ve been nice to have all of us together to enjoy a movie or hanging out. It has a love seat and two chairs which was nice looking but not as comfortable for lounging around. We would for sure come back and stay here again!

The location was fantastic. It was great to be so close to a beautiful beach and be in walking distance to restaurants and shops. The condo was exactly as described with lovely views and thoughtful amenities.

Wonderful location

Such a great property! Loved our stay there with the perfect location. He was so accommodating letting us check in earlier in the day as we had plans late in the afternoon. Would love to return to this wonderful island!

Our family of four had a fabulous stay at the condo - sleeping to the sound of the waves, walking to the beach for sunrise and sunset, and the comforts of a condo in a convenient location for exploring the island. Such a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo at Lae Nani

We've stayed at Lae Nani several times before and this condo was perfect for our family vacation! It was beautiful and clean, had a fully-stocked kitchen that made it easy to cook and dine there, the bedrooms were great, and we loved the two lanais and all of the little things that made it a great stay - from the local treats to the boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys, to the use of the laundry. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was wonderful. We appreciated the details like having beach equipment, towels and coolers available as well as night lights and charger ports in the condo. The beautiful and well equipped kitchen and washer dryer really helped our family for the logistics of life. We loved the beach access and the pool. It was all so picturesque and lovely. The location was perfect and access to groceries and restaurants as well island activities was easy. Mahalo for a great stay.

Kauai getaway

We enjoyed 8 nights in this wonderfully equipped condo on the beach in Kauai. It is an ideal location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The kitchen had everything we needed and there is a closet with any beach items you might need like chairs, boogy boards, and ice chests. I would stay again.

Good location

This unit’s location is great since it near several beaches close by and short drives to other scenic attractions. This unit is very clean and has a great floor on plan. We enjoyed eating all our meals on the lanai with a beautiful view of palm trees & ocean.

Family vacation

Stan has a beautiful condo on a perfect slice of beach very equidiatant feom both the north and southe sides of Kauai. The view was perfect. The grounds very tropical and spacious. Most of all the beds were amazingly comfortable and had really nice linens. We really had a wonderful stay and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Property was perfect. Large grass area that was steps from a nice safe beach. Condo had great views and was super clean. Walking distance to everything you need. Would definitely recvonend it.

Stayed in this condo with my wife and 2 teenage daughters and it was great. The location is fantastic, you are able to access both north and south Kauai easily from this location making both ends of the island accessible. The condo itself is bright and beachy, its very clean and everything is newer/updated and well maintained. Really nice kitchen area for preparing meals, and a great patio with direct ocean views. The beach at this complex is one of the better swim beaches in Kauai. Its not too rocky, and it curls into a cove so it is protected from the large ocean swell. Its great for boogie boarding and OK for younger swimmers, although the currents and swells on all of Kauai are no joke and everyone needs to stay alert. The unit has a nice selection of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for use. The condo complex provides lounge chairs for use down by the beach and pool as well. The only thing to note is that this condo does not have A/C. When we arrived the windows were all closed and it was pretty stuffy as its on the top floor of the building. After opening the windows and letting the trade winds blow through the unit for a few hours it cooled down and was perfectly fine for the rest of our trip. There are fans in each room, we slept with the windows open and fans on and were just fine. Overall, fantastic location and value and we'll be back for sure.

Nice Location /Very Quiet

Properties a great location, centrally located to move about island in either location. Very quiet. Not necessarily a fan of carpet but was clean though somewhat dated. Communication with owner and on island contact person was phenomenal!!! Would stay again without hesitation.
