Lae Nani #222 - Wailua Beachfront with pool, tennis and amazing ocean views!

This two bedroom condo is on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building. The two bedrooms have a king bed and a queen bed and each have an attached bathroom. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and has all the tools you need to make a good meal. The wifi service is excellent and the smart tv has a built in Roku system for streaming movies. Laundry is available in the unit. Sleeps 4, no elevator and no AC in the unit but great trade winds.
Building 2 has some of the best views in Lae Nani overlooking the lawn, pool, ocean, and mountains. The grounds are extensive and feature mature, tropical gardens and fish pond to enjoy. There are gas grills for your use by the pool. The beach here is gorgeous and depending on the season, has awesome little waves for learning to surf. There is also a small, protected beach area for the little ones to splash around.
If you are looking for a great beach, pool, walking neighborhood, and lots of sunshine, Lae Nani 222 is just for you!

Wonderful stay

I stayed at this condo with my dad and my husband. It was a lovely and comfortable space. We loved the condo's proximity to the pool and beach. We also enjoyed walking to the beach bar next door (Lava Lava), a brewery, and a host of other restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace. The location on the island was also excellent. Overall, we loved the space and would stay there again!

Wonderful condo with incredible view, amazing staff and fantastic location.

A great little getaway right on the beach, that was quiet, convenient and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful, the views and accommodations were fantastic and the location was amazing!

Beautiful View

The location was good. The view was beautiful. Primary bedroom was comfortable but the other room’s bed was uncomfortable. It was clean but could use a little freshen up. Overall, we had a great time

Perfect location!

Love the amenities in the unit. Super quiet, great view. Beds were comfy. It would be helpful to know that the coffee maker is not a Keurig type. The kitchen could use some additional coffee cups and a pitcher for making ice tea, etc. highly recommended.

Nice view of the ocean and grounds from the deck. Enjoy the beach and pool. We especially enjoyed having restaurants nearby that we could walk to. Great location on the east side of the island.

Paradise Found.

It is a beautiful place. Has everything you need, including washer, drier and a dishwasher. Location is right next to the ocean, and within a walking distance to a market place and some restaurants. The grounds are immaculate. Would definitely rent again when back on the island.

Comfortable 2 bed/2 bath. Great kitchen, included toys for water use and beach chairs. Walking distance to convient shopping and eating. Would stay here again. Best view from condo I've ever had.

I would definitely stay here again! The location was perfect! Walking distance to dining right on the beach, great breakfast place, farmer’s market and cute shops and market. The view from the balcony was perfect. We could just sit outside and relax with an amazing ocean view!

Lovely place and great location

We had a fabulous time! Location was perfect for getting everywhere on the island. Condo was clean and the grounds are maintained to the highest degree. We could walk to lava lava, shopping, coffee, groceries which was great! Would highly recommend!! Until next time! Thanks for sharing you condo with us!!

Everything was absolutely perfect for our graduation celebrations . Very easy access and communication was perfect . Perfect location for trips either to the north shore, or south shores for adventures and sightseeing. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Condo at Lea Nani

The manager and housekeeper helped us when the front door lock stopped working. The door to the bedrooms need work. Everything else went without a hitch. Love Kauai and will be back!!!

222 Lae Nani

We’ve stayed at Lae Nani in the past and chose it again for its superb location and beautiful grounds and pool. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything one would need. Lae Nani is a the southern end of the walking path that runs for miles past Kapa’a. The beach in front of the pool is spectacular, the setting is magical. We stayed 3 weeks and are already planning next year.

Great Condo!

This was our second stay in this unit. Two couples, one 60+, the other 35+). It is spacious, for when we all needed our own space, but also great for family meals and game night, too! So convenient to the beach, walking/running paths and easy access to all parts of the island. The kitchen is well appointed, and the on-site gas grills are a great amenity. The lanai closet has a great selection of beach and pool toys.

A Stay in Paradise

We could not have stayed in a more perfect place. The unit was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the breeze that blew, especially at night, made for great sleeping. My mother has mobility issue. She could sit on the Lania looking out over the ocean and pool. The location of the unit was perfect. There is a beautiful walking trail along the ocean that provided great access to Kapaa. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Great stay

Everything about this property was amazing! The hosts instructions were super easy to follow, and even though we arrive really late at night, we had no problem getting into our unit. The only negative was that the weather was really hot and humid and the unit did not have any air conditioning, which I know is pretty common for beachfront properties. But overall would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Week

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our week stay with three people. We loved the view of the pool and ocean from the lanai, the cooling breeze through the screened windows, and the kitchen to cook some meals at home. We were pleasantly surprised to stay cool with the windows and overhead fans. Beds comfortable, property grounds clean and generally quiet. The beach and pool gear was helpful to have on hand. We walked to nearby shops, restaurants (malasadas from Passion Bakery Cafe and dinner with a view at Lava Lava), and the farmers market (Coconut Marketplace) and were centrally located for driving around the island. The host was helpful if we needed anything. We really appreciate the warm accommodations and would love to stay here again. Thanks so much!

Great location, great condo, great stay.

This condo is perfectly located in the Kapaa area, with great access to all parts of the island. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The master bedroom with king bed is roomy and comfy with nice bedding, and the cool winter breeze made a/c unnecessary. The second bedroom with queen bed was equally comfortable. Having a washer and dryer inside the unit is important to us, as we spend several weeks in Hawaii and need to do laundry a few times while there. So we appreciated having that as an amenity. We’d absolutely recommend this unit, and would certainly stay here again!

Great location & great view

Wonderful! I hope to come again! The beach is great for swimming and snorkeling. There is a really big beach & a beach restaurant about 20 yards away on a path that follows the shore (to the left of the pool, you can do it barefoot). Follow the path a bit further and you can walk to a market of shops, groceries, restaurants, snorkel rental and/or schedule stuff to do. The condo was clean, neat and comfortable for 2 teens and 2 parents. Smart tv and internet worked fine. My 13 year old loved the pool and beach! Beach towels supplied were great too!

Perfect!!!!!

I can’t express enough how perfect this unit was for my family. The views were amazing and when it rained I could still sit on the covered lanai and read. The unit itself had everything we needed. It was clean, and even had extra beach towels which is something I don’t always see at beach units, so I very much appreciated that. The agent was quick to respond and always helpful when we had questions. We all enjoyed the pool and it was great to have eye’s view of it from the lanai. There was someone out by the pool every morning cleaning it. Very well cared for grounds. The grounds of the property are really stunning. It is also a 3 minute walk to the nearby shopping area and farmer’s market. I would recommend this unit and this location time and time again. Thank you for providing the perfect spot for our family vacation.

Paradise

The grounds of Lae Nani are lovely. We chose Lae Nani partly for the beach swimming area for littles and the great central location. Unfortunately we were unable to take advantage of the walled off beach area due to a brown water advisory but we did love and use the pool and wonderful lawns. Loved the central location for trips to the north or south shores. The pool is a good size. With a young one in our group, we liked that it is fenced. The pool was rarely busy and often we had it to ourselves or with just one or two other parties. Not much shallow area for really small children (stairs only). Staff seem to enjoy their work, always smiling and pleasant. Our own unit had an incredible view and large lanai. A few biting insects at dawn/dusk, but not bad. Cupboard on lanai well stocked with a variety of beach gear - 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards, skimboard, noodles, beach toys, toddler flotations, etc. Also a pack & play in bedroom closet. The living area is spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Some spices, oils and tea. Blender & coffee maker. Nice to have washer & dryer in unit. No air conditioning, but fans above each bed and in living room moved air. Given a choice I'd prefer a unit with AC. Suggestions: would be nice to have shoe shelf & hooks by door. Hooks on lanai & in bathrooms would be nice too. Generally quiet - at times heard vehicles in parking lot but not an issue. Likewise with birds. Shearwaters sound like crying baby

Great Island Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love Lae Nani for its island location; somewhat centrally located for day trips north & south. I also love its proximity to the ocean and the lovely swimming pool. The room itself has everything necessary for a comfortable stay; however, some of it looks a bit tired. The beds were quite comfortable though. We had to purchase toilet paper part way through our stay and also some WD40 to get the patio screen door to open all the way. When I looked for a place to store the remaining WD40, I saw two additional cans of WD40 on the shelf in the laundry area, so this must be an ongoing problem. The microwave was not working when we arrived, however, Krisha quickly brought us a replacement.
