Nous avons décidé de louer notre condo pour votre plus grand plaisir. Le prix actuel est votre gain car nous sommes nouveaux sur le marché. Ne manquez pas cette occasion de profiter de l'un des meilleurs emplacements et propriétés de Kauai.

Une fois à Lae Nani, vous comprendrez à quel point c'est un endroit merveilleux. Plus spacieux, plus silencieux et plus luxueux que les autres projets de condos dans la région.

Vous serez à Hawaii en profitant de la brise en bord de mer sur le quartier central East Side, à proximité de tout. Au rez-de-chaussée, à côté d'une piscine rafraîchissante et d'une plage de sable pour les nageurs. Kauai Vacation

Beautiful first floor condo with a pool side view shown in the pictures below. The additional half bath and air conditioning in the bedroom were nice additions. We had an enjoyable stay!

Lovely stay in Kauai

Adventures in Paradise

This complex is gorgeous and uncomplicated. The unit is prettier inside than pictured and the view is better too. We would definitely stay here again. We loved the Coconut Coast of Kauai for our home base and appreciated the heated sparkling-clean pool and easy ocean access at Lae Nani. Condo interior remodel was very nicely done. The pull-out couch was not comfortable and most of them aren’t. Wish owners would install Murphy beds when possible instead as in general they make for better sleep. Thank you so much Mr. Berg for making your beautiful piece of paradise available to other people. We thoroughly enjoyed our adventure. Mahalo

Great location for all the fun on the island!

Had an amazing time here. Simple one bedroom that was perfect for myself, husband, and daughter. Clean, easy check in and out, short walk to ocean, right next to the pool, amazing coffee/food/malasadas/drinks all within walking distance, and great central location for visiting all of the island be car. We will be back!

Ocean Heaven!

Perfect location in beautifully tropical grounds within feet of the ocean! Unit just has been remodeled and has it all. Walls of glass leading to huge lanai for magnificent views. The complex has a large pool (at waters edge) and BBQ’s for those delicious dinners you can make listening to the sounds of the surf! Next door is a beachside restaurant and bar with music daily and lounge chairs to sit back and soak in the surroundings as well as your drink! Perfect location for singles, couples and families! Shopping Center within walking distance for groceries and many eateries. Reasonable rates where you get a lot for your money ……. Don’t hesitate!

Loved the location for exploring the entire island. Unit was clean and well represented by pictures. The only negatives would be wi-fi was nonexistent and I didn’t realize the unit was not air conditioned.

Beautiful Property

This condo is set on a piece of beautiful Kauai property, You can not go wrong with renting this condo. It is furnished with anything you may need for your stay. The pool and beach are just steps away from the patio, the patio was a nice place to sit for morning coffee and a glass of wine at night. we did right renting this condo for our time in Hawaii.

The condo was great and had everything we needed. Lae Nani is a great property with everything you could possibly need close by, Ground floor unit was great for walking out and right over tot he ocean. No AC so it was a little warm when we checked in but with the fans and ceiling fans we were able to get it cooled down by the first evening. Neighbors in the adjoining units were fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable about the property.

Great location, pool & beach area, everything you need.

We were very comfortable here, everything we needed, close to everywhere we wanted to go, central for north & south excursions. It was stuffy at first until we got the large portable fan going & sliding door open, then perfectly fine. Pool was really lovely, we enjoyed walking to Lava Lava for dinner, and the small enclosed with rock beach pond complete with swells & small waves. They had basic condiments, complete organized kitchen, Beach umbrellas & chairs & much appreciated Beach towels. Patio area viewing & breeze so confortable on ground floor. We needed to extend our stay, and Peter was thankfully able to accommodate because due to Maui fires we could not leave to go. Would stay here again. Thank you!

A beautiful oasis

This is the 3rd time staying at this property and we always enjoy our stay. This location is wonderful as it is near the Coconut market, where they have a farmer's market on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Also, the salt water pool directly in front of the unit is wonderful and the beautiful beach must be a well kept secret. There is a natural enclosed area to swim and float in if you feel nervous in the ocean and right beside is a beautiful area to swim. The beach is spectacular here also. The actual unit is beautifully furnished and we always find there to be all the comforts of home. We do most of our own cooking and we have found the kitchen to be well equipped and easy to cook in. I highly recommend this property. We love coming here and have made some wonderful friends here too.

Other reviews tell you what a wonderful place Lae Nani is and how nice this unit is. Since I use a walker, I'm going to focus on accessibility here. The unit is on the ground floor with no stairs and handicapped parking as close as you can get (still a little walk). The front door, sliding door to the lanai, and the shower all have a small step over. There is lots of space in the unit, lovely furniture and not too much of it so you can get around. Kitchens are the same in all the units I've stayed in, small but manageable. The pool is in front of the unit so easy to get to. I recommend this unit for people with some mobility difficulties.

Consider that similar condos are running over fifty percent higher in price. Consider that the view is exceptional, with expanse of lawn, beautiful pool view and scenic mountains and palm trees. Consider that the housekeeper is especially warm and welcoming, and that the unit is clean. The bed is comfortable. All that said, I truly feel it is time for a makeover or an update of the unit. Cabinets could be painted by a professional and have handles/knobs, which can be sanitized, carpet replaced (rust stains). What is right and appreciated: high counters, high toilets (compared to others we’ve seen), high rise louchair , fans (would prefer AC, but, mostly, fans keep the unit comfortable), ice maker. What is missing: a full length mirror, a makeup mirror, better quality, sturdier folding chairs (to bring on road trips), a tv that works (in fairness, we followed instructions, but think one remote needs a battery. We didn’t report it, as normally we don’t watch tv. A safety hand bar for the shower - good for any age, especially older couples. The instruction sheet should indicate guest should bring their own bar soap and shampoo for the shower. If one is used to hotels, they might not think of this. Someone else had mentioned it in the reviews. For all the fees and extra charges, one should not have to strip the bed. I have a bad back and don’t make the bed at home. I don’t want to deal with it on vacation. It is only the second time in over fi

This was a wonderful condo with beautiful appointments. Everything was fabulously updated. The grounds were impeccably maintained. The pool was cleaned every morning, 7 days a week. Barbecue barbecue grill area was maintained daily. We couldn't have been happier. This property is centrally located close to all eateries in shopping.

This is a beautiful property. It’s nicely furnished; everything is fresh and there’s just the right amount of personal touches, pictures and books etc. The kitchen is well stocked, the shower is great and the bed is really comfortable. The apartment is ground floor so easy to get bags into and the rear patio area is yards from a pool and beach. The property is also brilliantly located to explore Kauai.
