Situé sur la belle côte de noix de coco de Kauai (côté est), ce condo a toutes les commodités dont vous auriez besoin pour des vacances reposantes et amusantes.

Passez la journée sur les terrains primés, nagez dans la piscine chauffée en bord de mer, des courts de tennis, des barbecues, du body surf sur la plage publique adjacente à seulement 300 mètres de votre porte, ou promenez-vous dans une multitude de boutiques locales et les restaurants ... à seulement 3 minutes à pied du Coconut Marketplace, ou du Lava Lava Lounge qui propose des spectacles directement sur le sable.

Profitez des terrains méticuleusement entretenus qui comprennent une grande variété de plantes tropicales, de fleurs et d'étangs.

Ce complexe est situé au centre, offrant un accès facile à la fois Princeville (23 Miles) et Poipu (19 miles). Little piece of paradise

We loved every part of our stay at Lae Nani. The condo had everything you need and more. The property is absolutely amazing. The pool, the beach, the landscaping, and the views. The Hoover’s were great hosts. We hope to be back!

A piece of paradise.

We had a wonderful time at this centrally located condo. We were able to explore North and South shores without too long of a drive. Many great restaurants within walking distance, as well as a nice coastal trail and beaches. Wish we had had a couple more days. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed.

Great location!

Both my daughter and I enjoyed our stay! Location was perfect for exploring both the north and south/west sides of the island. The view was beautiful. Loved having a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

The set up of this property is ideal. It's so nice to wander out the front and down to the beach. There's a great little restaurant around the corner on the beach. There's a shopping plaza with grocery store walking distance. The unit had everything we needed.

This place is amazing!!! Ralph & Elizabeth, you have an absolutely beautiful place here, especially the grounds of the resort. The pool has a gorgeous view, and the little beach is so perfect for our 3 boys (i.e. tide pool for our 6yo and great boogie boarding waves for our 10-11yo boys). It’s a great location even if you plan to go all over the island, including up to Kalalau Trail in the north and then over to Waimea Canyom to the west. The condo itself is clean, spacious and stocked with everything you need. We made great memories here!

Wonderful hosts with a wonderful condo!

The Hoover's are absolutely some of the best condo hosts we've dealt with in our many years of visiting the Hawaiian Islands. Ralph's communication is excellent, the entire process is easy and streamlined, their condo is exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and such a great location. We will be returning for sure. Wonderful condo in a wonderful location

This property is conveniently located to enjoy the beach, food, shopping, etc. nearby in Kapaa. It is also 1 to 1.5 hours from this location to the furthest point north and “south” around the Nā Pali coast. I would absolutely recommend this location for anyone visiting Kauai for the first time who is looking to visit each part of the island during their trip.

Little slice of heaven

This is our 3rd time to Kauai. The location was superb (can get to Poipu in about 30 minutes and an hour to Ke’e Beach. The unit was well stocked with supplies and felt like home. We would definitely would return here.

Absolutely gorgeous condo and location!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! The condo far exceeded our expectations. Not only was it steps away from the beach, it was immaculate and extremely well stocked with everything you need. Ralph and Elizabeth did an amazing job with making it feel like you’re at home when you stay here. We felt like it was our private slice of paradise. We’d give them 10 stars for a wonderful stay! I did not know our stay would be as beautiful as this condo was. We had an AMAZING ocean view. The amenities available were great with everything we basically needed. Vacation 2024

This unit is simply amazing! The grounds are stunning. We could sit on the Lanai while we drink our coffee and watch the ocean waves. The Hoovers have created a beautiful space with many toiletries in the bathrooms and many condiments in the kitchen. The things that you don’t want to buy for a 4 day stay. We will be back and definitely stay in this condo again! Thank you!

Eclipse in Paradise

The place was perfect. The views were breath taking. The gardens are gorgeous. The sunrises were amazing. We enjoyed watching the partial eclipse one morning while enjoying coffee. The condo has everything one would need from the cooking supplies to spices to beach toys and towels. Many afternoons were spent at the beach that is a minute walk away. We are already booked for next year! Thank you so much.

Wonderful, quiet place with beautiful view.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Hoover’s condo in Lae Nani. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Communication leading up and to during our stay was fantastic. Beautiful view out onto the lush grounds and ocean beyond. Nice lanai to sit and have coffee in the morning. Beautiful spot to watch the sunrise just steps away. Plenty of parking right in front. Excellent location for exploring all parts of the island. Highly recommend the short walk to Lava Lava beach club for dinner on the beach and nice live music.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our visit to this lovely condo. It is well stocked and nicely appointed. Nice big king bed. Nice views from the Lanai and even when it was raining we could sit out there and still be protected from the rain and wind. It was also very nice to have 2 full bathrooms. We thought it might be hot without AC but it was not a problem. Location is excellent. We walked to the Lava Lava Beach Club, The Coconut Marketplace, Napali Brewing and the coconut coast bike bath - highly recommend!

Didn’t Miss a Step

Thoroughly enjoyed this home away home and the host didn’t miss a thing in making sure you had everything you needed. Perfect location and enjoyed my coffee every morning watching the peaceful Pacific Ocean. Never heard a lot of overhead noise at all or noise from next door. Loved it and would recommend this to any.

Lovely well equipped condo

We rented this condo for my elderly father and he loved it!!! It was spacious and well appointed for the needs of guests. It was spotlessly clean and had everything he needed. Furnishings and appointments were nicer than average and quite new! Beautiful view of the ocean and easy access from the parking lot. The owner was extremely nice to deal with and very thoughtful too. He even checked in to see how my dad was doing and if he needed anything. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo!

Best vacation

We travel a lot and we travel all over the world. We stay in VRBO’s and other home sites and hands down LaeNani soared to the top of our list. Ralph and Elizabeth have literally thought of everything and staying in their dream place made you feel like you were living in paradise. You literally only need to show up with a bathing suit, and some shorts, load the Shaka app on your phone and then fall in love with Kauai. The location, the complex, the beach, the pool, the grounds…perfection. I was very concerned about not having a/c in July, please don’t worry, follow the directions and you will be just fine. Thank you for sharing your place, we can’t wait to come back and see the northern side of the island.

The property is clean and comfortable.

Ralph and Elizabeth have done a wonderful job creating a warm, welcoming, comfortable atmosphere in their condo. It is obvious they put a lot of thought and used their personal experience on the island to make sure their guests have everything they need to enjoy themselves. Upon arrival there was a bottle of wine waiting for us and a starter pack of coffee. We arrived late at night so this was a nice way to relax after traveling while listening to the ocean. It was also a relief to have coffee in the morning before we had time to stock up ourselves. The kitchen had all the necessities, they provided coolers to pack up food for the days adventures, and a closet full of supplies to make the beach more comfortable and fun. The condo was clean (no bugs! Rare in Hawaii), walking distance to Coconut Market with shops and an ABC store, and walking distance to the LLBC (Lava Lava Beach Club) that had music, a bar, games, and good food right on the beach. The condo is in a great location to easily drive to the North shore or South shore to explore beautiful beaches, hiking, fishing, and good food, but if you don't want to drive the condo is located on a nice beach with a kid friendly pool, fishing, and a nice area to hunt for seashells. We enjoyed our stay and Ralph was very easy to work with always quick to respond to questions, provide information, and made sure the whole process was smooth and painless. We travel to Kauai 1-2 times a year and this condo was one of our favorites and reasonably priced.

Ralph and Elizabeth have been repeat guests of the island and were married there in 2011. It was with great excitement they purchased their dream home in paradise this year, and are excited to share it with you.

Location...location...location. This unit is centrally located in the quaint little town of Kapaa. Only 6 miles from the airport, 19 miles to Poipu (South Shore), or 23 miles from Princeville (North Shore).
