It was a 1st bday celebration for my sister's grandson. Disney Aulani did not disappoint. It was immaculate and this VRBO made everything so easy and simple and very relaxing. I will definitely check with this VRBO again!

Fun weekend with family

Booked with Samantha months in advance and had perfect communication and answered all my questions. We had such a fun time at aulani and will definitely be back and booking again! We were a party of 3 adults and 1 infant in a studio suite on the villa sides. Very neat that the reservation came with 2 parking spots! Definitely a fun resort to stay at with all ages! Thanks so much Samantha!

Kids enjoyed a lot

We could take pictures with Mickey, Donald Duck, Goofy and Stitch! Kids were so happy to see them and they really enjoyed slide and lazy river :)

The Real Aulani Resort!!!

I was a bit skeptical, wondering if this was a scam. Communication was not that great but I did receive information days/weeks later. I was finally able to get my reservation number 13 days before my check-in. This did not give me much options for any reservations at the resort, but we managed. The room did not have a view (this was expected) but it was just like the pictures and would definitely be back!

We stayed in this unit for 3 days prior to rooms being available for my conference stay. The unit was perfect. It was comfortable and clean. Check in was easy.

As expected at Disney Aulani Resort

Communication with Sam was very good and quick. The room we got at the resort was as expected. It was on the 5th floor and facing the water park. There was a angled view of the ocean. The resort staff was very responsive and helpful.

Great property. I think the ad could have been clearer in noting that the second bed was a couch that made out into a bed. Even after reviewing the listing it didn’t seem clear to me.

An enjoyable family getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The resort is a fantastic place for families. On the ocean with protected cove for swimming. Disney has everything you need complementary to enjoy the beach. This VRBO listing is part of the Disney Vacation Club program. While it is not customary to have room service with a Vrbo, you usually expect it with a hotel room. Vacation club members only receive towels and trash service every four days. Just something to be aware of.

Great option!

Love that this room had a kitchen area. The standard hotel rooms do not. Otherwise, fairly similar. The sofa bed was also nice because it was lower to the group and the arms blocked the sides of the bed like rails - great for little ones.

This was a perfect end to our 2 week stay! A Disney lovers tropical paradise. The standard view was incredible. Yes I could see the parking lot but I chose to focus on the trees and mountains. Breathtaking I found the room to be much larger than i expected.! I used mobile check in and our room was ready hours early. At 11:30 which was such an unexpected surprise. This listing was such a great find. 10/10 would recommended and stay again.

Genuine Aulani / Disney experience

We booked over Christmas week and at first, I was nervous that this was a fictitious VRBO listing. It wasn’t. My family and I had the perfect Disney Aulani vacation. After Sam confirmed, I called the hotel and started booking a few property extras (like the luau, which we highly recommend). Everything was easy and first rate. Also, take advantage of the free parking at the resort! Thanks, Sam. You made our Christmas vacation an awesome one!

We stayed here due to its proximity to Roy’s, where we were having dinner later that night. It was a beautiful room, quite large actually. We had a chance to enjoy some of the resort amenities such as the water slides. We also had the character breakfast the following day. If you have children and/or grew up watching Disney movies, I’d recommend staying here at least once to relive your childhood. It is on the pricier side, but it was worth it. Sam was amazing with helping me navigate the app for registration and called to check up and make sure I was able to get into the room. She responded quickly to questions and was very helpful.

Comfortable room, mediocre view

Comfortable room in Disneu Aulani. Unfortunately not the best of views, it overlooks the parking lot. My feedback for the manager would be to give guest the reservation number as soon as they book, we received ours weeks before, despised trying to communicate with Samantha, she responded months later. We were unable to make reservations to many activities since they had already been booked months in advance. I would also suggest not coming to the resort in the high season, it is packed with people and looses it’s appeal. Also the food isn’t great at the character breakfast.
