This 2 bedroom w/ sofa sleeper, 2 bathroom vacation cabin with a fully equipped kitchen provides the perfect setting for a fun filled lake vacation. Enjoy meals and relax on the new oversized deck. Spend your day boating, fishing and swimming on Table Rock Lake or take a scenic drive to Branson where you can enjoy the many attractions, such as Dogwood Canyon, Silver Dollar City, and the Branson Strip. The Timbers property also includes a community pool and hot tub with an excellent view of the sunset over the lake. The cabin is located just 3.2 miles from Campbell’s Point Marina and 3.9 miles from the Table Rock Lake ramp.

My husband and I took my in-laws here on vacation for 4 nights. They are 76 and had a great time. The cabin was very clean and they were able to get around very easily. We loved it! Close to so many things and not in an area where it is busy and touristy!

Wonderful Week

We truly enjoyed our week stay at Sassafrass. The Cabin was beautiful and clean! They had everything we needed to make ourselves "at home". The location of the cabin was tucked into a book of the woods and we even witnessed some deer while grilling!! If we stay in the area again would deff. Recommend and stay here again!!

Details are important

Pros: Cabin - clean/cozy; peaceful surroundings; comfortable beds; plentiful hot water; appliances all in good condition; living room laid out nicely for watching TV; deck & porch inviting; fire pit perfect for s’more making & spending time together; pool & hot tub nice & well-kept; docks easily accessible & in good condition. Cons: Lacked basic things provided elsewhere, ie cooking spray, spices, coffee, sugar, beach towels & extra trash bags, etc. The walls were thin, & it felt like it was a 1 room cabin. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms needed. The listing stated it was a “short drive to Branson,” but the cabin was considerably farther away than advertised in the initial description. (I acknowledge the mileage was listed farther down in the listing, but the initial description wasn’t accurate.) 1 of the pictures provided in the listing was the view from the pool deck, not the cabin’s deck. This was disappointing. The construction directly across from the cabin should have been disclosed. Having men working directly in front of you while trying to sit, talk & relax was awkward, noisy & unsettling. While the quiet hours end at 8 am, having buzz saws & other equipment whirring & buzzing at 8 am is not ideal. In conclusion, If the distance to Branson doesn’t matter to you & you want to be farther out, it is definitely a peaceful & beautiful place. But I suggest exploring other options if you want a conveniently located cabin with basic supplies.

Chilly in Sassafras

Hot water heater did not work on last day. Walls between bedrooms are very thin so you can hear everything from the other bedroom. Toilet paper is so thin you can see through it.
