The property is the BEST place we have ever stayed at through Vrbo. Cleanest, nicest, and most relaxing property available. The property owner is the most communicative we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The property was very nice, clean, and truly met all our needs for a comfortable getaway. The location on Table Rock Lake is perfect—we had a great time fishing on the lake and also took the short trip over to Roaring River State Park for some fantastic trout fishing. It was the perfect home base for our outdoor adventures. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the best of the Ozarks!

The beds were very comfortable. I had no cellular reception, but after connecting to the wifi I had no issues. The internet and wifi were really good. I had a few questions and the host was very responsive and helpful.

The house was nice and the kitchen was well stocked. The grounds behind the home needed some attention. Access to the lake was not as advertised. There were issues with temperature control in the basement and the electronic games did not work properly. The host was readily available for communication.

Quick 4th of July get away and this place was perfect! Property was beautiful. Plenty of room for the family and the kids loved the gameroom downstairs. Will definitely be back in the future.

Fantastic Lakehouse Getaway

We had an absolutely fantastic trip here! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful, spacious layout and the unique design. The game room was incredible; we spent hours playing pool, cards and video games. The lake is very pretty, especially at sunset, and there's some good southern restaurants a short drive/cart away (I recommend the Depot Diner in particular). The bedrooms were cozy, and the bathrooms were spotless. We can't wait to come back and get some fishing in!

Great getaway for my husband and I. We loved that you could watch the sunrise from the front porch in the morning and the sunset from the back deck in the evening. We loved the game room and being able to play games. The kitchen was well equipped with essentials and we were able to make many meals at the house. The local spots were also amazing. The Depot Diner has an incredible breakfast (we went three times) and we loved it so much that we went back for dinner one night and it was definitely worth it. The Mexican restaurant, Taqueria Carlito, has some of the best and fresh salsa we have had and everything there was good. They make everything in house and is worth a stop! So many scenic hikes close by while also plenty of space to lounge at the house and relax. We had a great stay and would recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Wonderful stay

We stayed at Reed’s Lakefront Cabin to celebrate Christmas & New Year’s with our family. We had a wonderful time. The house was super clean & comfortable for our extended family. The parking was easy for our 4 cars & we are looking forward to coming back this summer with our boats & lake toys. The kids as well as adults really enjoyed the game area in the basement. Everyone had so much fun! We had easy access to Eureka Springs & Branson. The neighborho

House was very clean and the house had plenty of supplies. Like towels and kitchen cookware with utensils. Host was quick to respond to a few issues we had and had someone out quickly to fix them. The host let us borrow a few life vests since we had forgot ours, which was fabulous. We loved the wrap around porch. Neighborhood was quiet. Driveway was big and plenty of room for our cars. We did not have a boat, but plwnty of space if we wanted to bring one. House is close to a boat ramp, for launching. We are outdoors people and spent 90% of our time at the water. Water access can be tricky due to terrain, if you have decrease mobility or very small kids. We had no issues climbing up/down to the water, but they are currently making improvements to this. Cove was quiet and very little boat traffic. We went into Eureka Springs one day and drive was about 25 minutes. We plan on coming back!

Perfect for a getaway!

The Lakeside Ranchette was amazing! House itself had a really nice circular layout. Everything you would need was supplied there! It made our vacation smooth sailing! Not to mention how close to the water you are! There were a ton of activities to do: pool table, Playstation for the kids, boardgames, puzzles, and retro games! The house was large and everyone was very comfortable with many getting their own rooms! Last, but not least, Reed was amazing! He worked hard to make sure we got what we needed and answered all my questions! Highly recommend this place

Peaceful porch sittin beauty!!

We had a group of 8 that thoroughly enjoyed the property and all of its amenities! The beds were all so comfortable! This is something we usually don’t find to be true at most properties but these beds were amazing! We enjoyed the front porch which is where we spent most of our time!! Comfortable furniture and spacious for everyone to enjoy the outdoors! My only suggestions is as you are making little adjustments build some steps to the basement access because this gal found it easier to access the basement from the outside and stairs would have been even better!! Beautiful view! Beautiful wrap around porches, and a fully accommodating property. Hope to stay again! Thank you Mr. Reed, and thank you for being a fabulous host and ensuring that we enjoyed our stay in the golden getaway!!

Amazing Well Appointed Property

This property was so spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, puzzle and game table in the basement. We want to come back with our kids and grandkids. They would have so much fun with the gaming chairs and video game setup. The front porch has two sitting areas with fans for the summer. It was so lovely. We saw plenty of wildlife and enjoyed the trees and the lake. The kitchen had a large table as well as some room at the bar. The kitchen had everything that we needed for cooking. The living room is so comfortable with a nice fireplace and stone hearth. My husband used the large desk in the beautiful primary bedroom. The large tub in the primary bath is luxurious! We really did not want to leave. The host was very attentive with great recommendations for restaurants and other things to do. I cannot wait to come again when we can swim in the lake and enjoy this fabulous house!
