Gorgeous and newly renovated Cape cottage in the heart of Chatham! Fabulous location walking distance to Oyster Pond and Main Street. Enjoy private access to Oyster Pond via neighborhood path 1/10 mile, or access the child-friendly beach only 1/2 mile down the road. The heart of Main Street is within easy reach, only 3/4 mile via Cross St.

This sweet cottage had a lovely little renovation in the Spring of 2020. Central air was added to the main house along with a complete redo of the kitchen which now includes a 5-burner gas range, new dishwasher, and built-in refrigerator. The upstairs bathroom was also refreshed to include a new deep tub, new plumbing fixtures in the shower and a fresh floor. In addition, the house received new furnishings, fresh paint, new window treatments and refinished wood flooring throughout.

The home is a well-outfitted and comfortable space for your vacation. Cuddle up on the cozy plush sectional sofa and watch a movie on the 65" smart TV, prepare dinner in the gorgeous kitchen with 5-burner gas range and farmhouse sink, or toast marshmallows over the wood-burning fire pit in the backyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a nice dinner at home! Chatham Village Market is close by for your grocery necessities, and even offers delivery so you don't have to waste your precious vacation time in the grocery store. Many wonderful restaurants are also within minutes for open air dining and takeout. Chatham Fish & Lobster, Bluefins and Del Mar are some of the top eateries nearby.

The first floor primary bedroom features a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom (shower only), small private deck and a ceiling fan. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, the first of which has a king sized bed and a small viewing deck. This bedroom shares a full bathroom (tub/shower) with the other bedroom, which has two full size/double beds. Each upstairs bedroom has an oscillating bladeless whole room fan. In addition to these three bedrooms in the main house, there is also a bonus sleeping space above the garage. This versatile room includes 3 twin size beds, a sofa (queen sleeper) and a flat screen TV. There is a mini split a/c unit, light filtering shutters and a large closet. The fully enclosed and covered outdoor shower is attached to the garage and offers a very private space for air showering.
