This oceanfront building in North Ocean City is a beautiful three-bedroom condo with ocean views as well as views of the outdoor pool at Rainbow. Walk out the door and you're right on the beach to enjoy the surf and sand. North Ocean City is a great area where you are close enough to walk to Gold Coast Mall, hop down and indulge in great local food, or let the kids jump on the rides at Trimper's and play the arcade games.

The full kitchen has plenty of room for you to make a meal for everyone, with seating available at the dining room table or at the breakfast bar just behind it. The living and dining room opens up to the large furnished balcony to appreciate the ocean views and coastal air. The living room has a large sectional and TV for everyone to join around and catch a late-night movie. The primary bedroom has a bed and TV along with an en suite that features dual sinks and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has two beds and its own TV as well. The third bedroom is great for kids thanks to the fun sleeping options and the TV to watch their favorite shows. The washer and dryer are in a closet just off the kitchen so you have a convenient way to toss in your wet beach clothes after a day at the beach. If you need to bring your laptop, the free WiFi throughout has you covered.

Other on-site building amenities include a beachfront outdoor pool, an outdoor kiddie pool, and of course, it's beachfront!

Things to Know
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
