Oceanfront et vue sur la baie (récemment rénové)

Bord de l'océan, piscine intérieure et extérieure chauffée avec piscine pour enfants. Salle de fitness, salle de cinéma, salle d'arcade, sauna et pizzeria dans le bâtiment. Terrains de tennis et de basket et aire de jeux pour enfants. Parking couvert avec sécurité 24h / 24. (taux hebdomadaire).

Inclus: quatre chaises de plage, deux parasols de plage, un chariot de plage, des jouets de sable pour enfants et des planches à roulettes. Quatre raquettes de tennis et balles de tennis. Basket-ball, football et frisbee.

Linge de maison fourni de juin à fin août pour tous les lits.

Le linge de maison hors saison peut être fourni en contactant PMI Rentals 410-250-1251 à vos propres frais.

Trois chambres avec deux salles de bain complètes, cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger et salon. Buanderie séparée avec laveuse et sécheuse. Grand balcon avec vue sur l'océan et la baie. Le salon a un canapé-lit (complet)

Location du samedi au samedi uniquement de juin à septembre.

VEUILLEZ NOTER: Parce que le Sea Watch est un bâtiment familial, nous ne louons que des groupes de familles. Pas de lycéens ni de groupes collégiaux.

Summer 2025

The condo was perfect! We have been staying at seawatch for the last 4 years and have been disappointed in other rentals! we have made such great friends over the years we decided to try one last time. Well we found our perfect condo. The owner was very nice and communicated everything with us. The condo was clean and updated. The beds were comfortable and we had lots of room for our family of 5. The views were amazing. We will definitely be going back.

Great family vacation spot.

Randy and Soraya truly thought of everything their guests could want/need. We were traveling with four kids aged 1.5 - 10 years old and each child had plenty of entertainment provided by the owners. We especially appreciated the games, beach toys and the beach wagon. When we arrived to Sea Watch, many others checking in inside the parking garage were scrambling to fill out their parking forms and get $40 cash to pay, but we breezed past everyone because Randy had prepped us with the form and instruction to have the cash. We loved our stay - thanks Randy and Soraya! We’d love to come back!

Awesome vacation

Everyone really enjoyed their stay. The condo was small but fit 5 adults and an infant. The kitchen had everything you need. The adults loved the amenities and views. The baby loved the pool and playground. The owner shares their beach stuff too how nice. Looking forward to return soon.

Loved it!

We had a group of 6 people. Condo was beautiful. Kids found some food wrappers under dressers, but clean other than that. Beautiful view of the ocean from the livingroom and master. Dining area is a bit small but most nights we went out for dinner at one of the many restaurants. Condo is great for kids with an indoor and outdoor pool. Area has amazing mini golf courses indoor and out! Frontier Town is great for people with kids. So much to do! We had a slight issue with the keyless entry which the owner fixed within minutes. We had an amazing vacation!

Nice First Vacation for Baby

We had a very good time. This was our baby’s first vacation. The condo is a perfect location right on the beach. We had everything we needed in the condo. Beautiful views in the morning from the balcony to see sunrise. Across the hall, was a great view of sunset. Necessities, like the grocery store and ice cream shop were just a quick stroll down the street. We would highly recommend this spot to anyone.

We had an awesome time. Randy and Soraya were great to communicate with, answering any and all questions. The condo was completely furnished with everything we needed for the week. The property was as advertised and well stocked with just about everything you need for a week at the beach. Beds were comfortable, beach chairs and toys came in handy. The owners were quick to reply to questions and proved what we needed.

Stained shower curtain in master bath and debris on the floors.

The property is dated and could use a face lift. It was spacious, but after seeing the overall appearance and the lack of cleanliness of the shower curtain and floors, I couldn't fully relax.

Great mini vacay!

This rental was great and very well kept. The home provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. The games were the perfect addition for a rainy day. Beautiful views from the large balcony. The staff was very friendly and the owner was very responsive to all questions prior to our stay. We would definitely chose to rent this property again.

Enjoyable stay

My wife and I and our two young daughters thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and you can also see the bay. It was incredibly nice to have a place with three bedrooms as well. Randy very responsive and professional.

Overall the place was nice. A bit small for 7+ people. The room with the double bunk beds have no closet. And it should be none that the indoor pool is NOT open all the time during the winter. We mainly stayed at the particular place because of having to young children with us and thought the pool would be great BUT it wasn't open that weekend. Very disappointing for my grandkids and also myself. Was really looking forward to the pool seeing how that weekend it was windy and cold. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Relaxing Christmas Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was a perfect fit for our family. There was plenty of room and it had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. The owner was very helpful with questions!

Great location, good for families

First off, this is a great rental for families. My husband and I have a 3 year old and 18-month old and we were also staying with my parents. Everyone was comfortable with an adequate place to sleep. There are two sets of bunk beds for those with older kids. Also, there were some games, including kids games, and some kid DVDs. The location is great--direct view of the beach. Plus a pool and playground. The arcade, cinema, and fitness center are still closed due to Covid. Unfortunately, the place could have been a bit cleaner (not terrible, but we found some wrappers under the beds and some crumbs on one of the beds). It seems somebody who stayed there had a dog because there were hairs on the couches. My mom is allergic and needed to stay off of them. I guess in the future we'll have to look for a place that has a no pet policy to avoid this. Also, some of the pots and pans were a little worse for wear (heavily scratched non-stick pans) so we avoided using them. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay and would come back. The owners were very responsive and very accommodating with early check in.
