Situated within the gated resort style community of Bella Vida and less than 7.5 miles from Disney World, sits this beautiful themed 8 bedroom/6 bathroom villa.
Sleeping up to 26 people comfortably, the villa consists of three King master suites, one Queen master suite, a full bedroom a double Queen bedroom and two kids bunk bedded rooms Two of the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, one King suite and one double Queen bedroom with a shared bathroom.
The themed kids rooms are truly stunning with bunk beds set within a princess castle and the other set within a Peter Pan pirate ship.
There are 6 bathrooms, four of these are set within the bedroom suites. The other two are shared, one between the bunk rooms and the other between the full and Queen bedrooms.
A large fully equipped kitchen fitted with 2 refrigerators, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, 2 toasters and 2 coffee makers, enough for a large group sharing the villa. There is also a dining table and additional seating at the kitchen island. A washer/dryer is also located on each floor.
There is a Disney themed cinema and a large Marvel themed games room. There is a pool table situated on the upper floor.
Benefitting from a south facing pool, you can lie back and soak in the suns rays for a long part of the day. There is also a hot tub on the deck with amazing lake views to enjoyed after a long hot fun filled day at the theme parks.
There is ample, on drive car parking for 5 sedan size cars with additional free onsite car parking close-by for permitted vehicles as there is strictly no on street car parking except for arrival & departure unloading and reloading.
Guests can also use all of the facilities located within the community. This includes the gym, large communal pool, kids outdoor play area and a basketball court.

Best trip ever

The pond provides an awesome vibe. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and cooking spaces. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing. So much to do kept the kids busy after swimming all day. Been to a lot of homes but this one is at the top of the list and.

Family celebration

The home was good size for all the family members. We had 17 total. The rooms were nice. Two refrigerators were awesome to have along with both dishwashers with the large group meals. Pool was good size for the kids, 3-5 foot depth. Update the safety fence for pool and tightening of toilet seats would be my only concerns which are super minor. If you have little kids, maybe bring a baby gate to block stairs. Overall a decent place to hang for large get together. READ your arrival package before going!! I never received mine so once there it took a bit to get into the house but that is my fault for not knowing. First timer. ENJOY!

Do not stay here, your car has a chance of being towed in the designated parking areas.

After following all the owner's rental rules of where to park; our car, which was parked on the paved parking pad, got towed on our 5th night of being there. And the owner did nothing. This completely ruined our stay, the event itself was quite stressful. They towed our car while we were resting at 10:30pm and if it wasnt for our neighbor ringing the doorbell and telling us he didnt know why, but our car got towed off the pad; we would have woken up not knowing what happened. The owner would only converse through the VRBO app and never answered the number that was given. The towing company kept saying they had a picture but wouldn't show it to us - we knew they were lying but they had our car and we had to pay to get it back. once we got our car back, we never knew if any of our cars were going to be towed. The owner did not offer to reimburse the cost. He said the towing company said it was justified and told him we parked on the grass and would be sending pictures. We asked for a copy of the pictures because we knew they did not have any because we did not park on the grass and suspected they would use a pic of a different vehicle. Before we left the rental, the owner said he would send the picture. He never did. I gave him a week and followed up, he straight up ghosted me and never replied back. In good conscience I cannot recommend this place at all. If I knew there was a potential for our car to get towed for NO reason I would NEVER had booked this place.

House was great. Host was disappointing

We stayed in this home for 6 nights while visiting Orlando with our children and grandchildren. The good:The home itself was as pictured and very clean. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and kitchenware for the group of 13. Now the bad: The host was a typical host until I had a concern, then he became very hard to work with. I reached out a week before our trip to ensure the hot tub was up to temp because we had a Disney marathon runner with us that was really looking forward soak after the run. I was told that I had to pay to heat the hot tub. I expressed my disagreement because the hot tub is free standing and listed as an amenity. In the end, I paid the almost $300 to have the heat turned on. When we arrived the pool and hot tub were still cool and I reached out again to inform the host. I was lied to, dismissed and treated very rudely by the host. In the end, the hot tub did not work the entire time of our stay and no refund was given. A tech did finally show up the last afternoon of our stay as we were headed out to dinner and left the hot tub uncovered with a part on the stairs. I reached out to the host one final time to let him know and ask him to confirm with the tech and make the situation right. He offered to give us the last day of pool heat free (we had to check out by 10am). Also, please note that they provide a small amount of basic soaps, paper products (1 days worth)but nothing else. Not even salt and pepper. I wish you happy travels!

The Perfect Get-away

Everyone in my party thoroughly enjoyed this home from the 7 years olds to the 60+ year olds. The game room was a hit as was the pool. This house is spacious, and is equipped with 2 refrigerators, two dish washers, and two washers and dryers which was perfect given that we had 20+ guests. The homeowner was very responsive, and we appreciated him allowing us to check-in at 2 pm rather than 4 pm. I would definitely recommend staying at this home.

This house was just as described. The children loved the princess room and game room. It also had coffee makers throughout the house. It was very convenient. We are planning on staying here again.

Good house construction everywhere

The house is beautiful but the linens were not clean. They have 3 small pans not big enough for a family of 15+ . You have to lock the door when you leave and that wasn't clear on the instructions. There was no hand soap just a tiny piece in each bedroom barely enough to wash your hands so pickup hand soap. Also they give you detergent but the tiniest bottle known to man so buy detergent dish soap as well for alarge3 family of course. The back entry gate gets locked at night and my GPS didn't give us a front gate entry so were driving around looking for an entrance after they closed and locked the gates. The hardest part is the construction because they are in the street at 6-7am and they honk and are noisy and they will tow your car if your in their way. Once the construction goes away it will be much nicer of a place to stay. The grill was filthy food caked on and we washed it but it looked as if no one ever touched it to clean it. The location is central and great to stores and walmart down the street so we bought what was needed.

Awesome place

We could not be more pleased with the house. Everything we could have asked for and more. Hot tub, pool, enough space for the entire extended family. The added security of a gated community was a welcome plus. Daily trash service. Theater and game room. It goes on and on. Book this place!!!! You will not be disappointed! Thank you guys si much for sharing this awesome home!!!! We will be back!!!!

Beautiful house

The house is beautiful needs update outsid furniture rusted and falling apart. Concrete around pool black and rust a floorbush is needed. Paid $450 for cleaning fees hope next people have hairless drains, door handles that look fancy but are cheap so many handles fell off. The fans when turned of had dust. What do you pay your ceaning crew they suck.

Great place for a large group!

What a property! The location is perfect (easy trip to Chik fila, Walmart, Publix, Sams, etc.)! We have 20 people staying at the property and there was so much to do. The set up was fantastic. We were lucky to have discovered the location. Perfect setting for a large group including two dishwashers, two fridges, and two sets of washer/ dryers. Couldn't have asked for more!
