Movie nights will be a blast projected onto the big screen, and there's even a jungle themed games room with a tiki bar.

The Space:
Let us introduce you to the fabulous Bella Vida Resort – a swanky, gated community with luxury villas that practically scream, "Welcome to your dream vacation!" This place is like a tropical paradise, and it's just a stone's throw away from all the cool stuff Orlando has to offer.

Picture this: as you roll up to Bella Vida, a jaw-dropping 25-foot waterfall says, "Hello, fabulous!" Seriously, it's the kind of entrance that makes your insta-followers green with envy. And right past that, you'll find the Italian-inspired Clubhouse.

Now, the Clubhouse? It's not your grandma's clubhouse – this thing is massive, like, over 6,700 sq ft of pure awesomeness. It's got everything you can dream of: a concierge service, a giant heated resort pool (that's begging for a cannonball contest), an outdoor jacuzzi hot tub, a cyber cafe for all your Wi-Fi needs, a lounge for when you’re feeling social, a fitness center to sweat out that last buffet indulgence, and activities galore – sand volleyball, basketball, a kids' playground, and so much more.

Sounds good, right? Well it gets even better! The 10-bedroom home you'll be staying in can host up to 19 guests at a time. If that's not enough space we're jealous you have so many friends. The ground level of the home features a spacious bedroom with a King sized bed, another room with a Queen sized bed, and a third bedroom is decorated with a Star Wars theme and has two twin beds. The remaining bedrooms are all located on the second level of the home. We've got smart TVs in every bedroom - with high speed internet access of course, so you can stay connected throughout your entire vacation. Kids will love the theme rooms, each with cool mood lighting, featuring murals and decals of fav characters like Moana, Spiderman, Indiana Jones and one with a gamer design.

Speaking of the second level, we've got a theatre up there! You'll love watching movies on the massive projection screen and we've added comfy plush cinema seating recliners with their own cupholders. There's even a kitchenette and dining table, perfect for making pre-movie snacks.

Now, let's talk about the kitchen. It's an absolute masterpiece! You'll find top-of-the-line appliances, a spacious island countertop, and fully stocked cabinetry. It features not only one, but TWO full sized fridge/freezer combo units, and TWO large capacity dishwashers to handle the clean up!

This house has a gorgeous screened-in back patio that faces a lake view (RE: extra privacy without any rear facing neighbours!). It features a beautiful private swimming pool and spill-over jacuzzi hot tub. PLUS, there's sun loungers, an outdoor lounge, and even a poolside dining area out there with a BBQ grill. And when you've had too much sun for the day, head on over to the garage-turned-games room! We've decked this space out with a cool jungle theme, added some family favs like air hockey and shuffleboard, threw in a ball pit and a couple of big screen TVs, and topped it off with a tiki bar! But don't worry - there's still plenty of free onsite parking on the driveway, and any overflow can park at the clubhouse.

• Up to 3 vehicles can park in the driveway. Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.

• Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard.
• Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc).

The Neighborhood:
Located in the desirable Bella Vida Resort community, this vacation home offers easy access to a multitude of attractions. From the famous theme parks, including Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, and SeaWorld, to championship golf courses, shopping outlets, and a variety of dining options, there is something for everyone just a short drive away. Just 5 miles form Walt Disney World, off US192 in Kissimmee.

Guests enjoy access to the resort facilities, including, a large community pool and sundeck, plenty of sports courts, a clubhouse, and over 15 acres of breathtaking lakes. It’s a great resort for families, there is a playground and shallow entry pool for younger children. Kids will enjoy spending time at the basketball and volleyball courts. You will also find a gym, table tennis, and foosball at the clubhouse.

• The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day.

Additional Services
• (Currently not Available ) Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day per service and $60/day for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. We're happy to deliver:
• a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank
• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
