It’s a great location, very quiet and peaceful pool was refreshing, I know it’s probably needed but the smell of mothballs was a little strong. Kitchen has everything you need, balcony has a nice breeze and views. I would recommend it to anyone! We would stay there again!Unless it sales. Thank you Cyndi for letting us stay there

My husband and I had such a good time and wished we could have stayed longer. Cyndi was a great host and answered right away to any questions we had. We had everything we needed and the area is so much fun. We enjoyed the heated pool one evening, caught a fish from the dock, went to South Marco Beach, took a boat excursion that took us out to islands to find shells and view the wildlife. The dolphins were magnificent. We ate at Crabby Lady restaurant twice while we were there which is highly recommended.

Heated pool was enjoyed! Great island for biking. Relaxing on the screened porch overlooking the canal, watching the boaters, the birds and the sunset.

Lovely little island near Everglades

We enjoyed our stay. Location was nice on canal and near Marco Island and Everglades City planned events, especially the Sunday Fun Day in Goodland. Apartment was cute and comfortable.

A perfect spot for our weekend gathering in Goodland. Apartment was clean and fresh with coastal decor. Comfy and cool too with AC. Definitely would stay again.

Dolphins in the backyard

Dolphins swimming by out back, all the comforts of home, close to all restaurants and marina. Can’t rave about this place enough, but if I say to much won’t be available when I want it!

Beautiful place .

This home was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed riding the bikes around Goodland. The local restaurants provided good food and entertainment. We also enjoyed doing excursions in Goodland, Everglade City and Marco Island. Cyndi was a most gracious host. We will surely return.

A Little Slice of Paradise

The property is very easy to find, in the heart of Goodland. It was walking distance (About 7-10 minutes) from Stan's, The Little Bar, Paradise and our favorite, The Crabby Lady! We were provided a code to get in and had no issues getting in at any point during our stay. We had a spot for our rental car in the spacious driveway. The property was exactly as described and the view was beautiful! It was a bit chilly the week we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the patio or pool like we wanted to. The property was extremely clean and had any immentity you could need! It was just like home. Communication with Cyndi was fantastic and she replied to any questions within 10-15 minutes.I highly recommend this property!

Fantastic place!

I32 years since I had been to Goodland, and I still love it! The area is even nicer now. Houses have been upgraded, and there is newer construction across the canal. Fishing is excellent, availability of rental boats is also excellent. We are former VRBO owners for years and I can say that the owners of this place have everything very well thought out. The layout is both intelligent and practical, with perfect amenities. There are good quality Yaks, Paddelboards for renters use, and a space to tie up your own boat or a rental. We left the Yaks and Boards alone as we had just come from Cedar Key where we Kayaked for many a mile, so we preferred boating. We had the boat delivered right to the house for a nice price. Gas grill! Although it was a smaller one, I could get it to 550 for perfect high heat searing and cooking. Fish cleaning station! Although I caught nothing within slot on this trip, both over and under.....grrrrr, it is there and in a perfect spot. Saw a Tarpon hunting some Pinfish in the canal one evening. The little pool is salt water, and absolutely perfect for a dip after daily activities.Goodland closes down after Aug 10 or so, but if you are like us, do not like big crowds or touristy stuff, it is perfect. The Crabby Lady is still open though. I was fine, but if you arent an experienced boater, you must be very cognizant of channels, markers, tides, and operation in this area. Pay close attention to your Lowrance. Jealous that I don't own this place! Perfect!

Everything was clean worked well and as advertised- the balcony with mosquito netting was the best , right up there with the heated pool. The shower was beautifully tiled with excellent water pressure and was hot. The bed was comfortable and the AC was set on the ideal temperature. The location was perfect for excursions and for walking to restaurants. My only suggestion would be to get a new frying pan. We would go back again!

Nice condo, but would have been nice to have more than one roll of TP to start. Had to buy salt & pepper. Biggest issue was getting tv in living room to work. Odd set- up and instructions were not easy to navigate.

A little piece of Paradise!

Beautiful suite on the waterfront. Fish right from the dock (bring your pole!) & swim in the heated private pool. The kitchen has everything you need (just bring the food!). Quiet neighborhood within 20 minutes of Walmart and Publix!

Great place to stay

If you are looking for a spot to venture into 10,000 Islands by boat this is a great place. The public ramp in a block away. Property is well kept and the owner was quick to respond with any questions regarding the property and the surrounding areas.

Wonderful Environment for relaxing!

We are so happy with our stay here. Perfect for relaxing. The place had nice water views. The pool was so nice. Just the right size! Fully furnished. Plates and dishes supplied. A/C was nice. Back porch was great. That is where we spent most of our time! Went to Stan's Place was SunDay FunDay, thanks for the tip! We would come back again and again in the future. Thank you for everything!
