Welcome to 670 Palm Ave in the unique historic Village of Goodland, adjacent to Marco Island.
This two-story canal-front home is situated on an oversized triple lot and sleeps 8–10 guests with two king bedrooms, one double-queen bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper.
The main living areas are located on the second floor with an expansive canal-view deck that spans the entire width of the home. Overlooking the boat docks, this south-facing deck is the perfect place to enjoy dinners, cocktails, or simply relax in the sunshine while taking in both sunrise and sunset views. Several new sliding windows provide easy access to the deck, and there is also a second deck adjacent to the docks that offers additional canal views.
Inside, the home reflects its tropical surroundings with modern furnishings, natural sunlight, and an open kitchen equipped with modern appliances and cookware to prepare everything from a family dinner to a seaside snack enjoyed outdoors.
On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious bonus area originally designed as a garage and storage space that has been transformed into a casual gathering spot. This fun space features a sofa set, large flat-screen TV, dartboard, corn hole, and party lights—making it a great place to watch a football game, enjoy a movie, play cards, or host a small family party. It opens directly onto the lower deck, with immediate access to the boat docks and the yard.
The boat dock will accommodate most trailerable boats, with one boat permitted on the east side of the dock.
Exploring Goodland is part of the experience—take a bike ride or stroll to local favorites like Stan’s Idle Hour, Little Bar, Paradise Found, Crabby Lady, or Kirk Fish Company. Everything is within walking distance, and Marco Island’s beautiful beaches are only a short drive away.
For your comfort and convenience, the home includes central air conditioning, free high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, linens, towels, washer and dryer, propane BBQ grill, corn hole set, foosball table, dartboard, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. Beach cruisers and kayaks are also provided for your enjoyment.
