***No Groups Under 25 Years old****FRESH and NEW and just waiting for YOU! This condo is under new ownership and was just listed May 1st, so if you are late to the game but still want a beautiful place stay, this is the one for you!


****This condo is being rented from SUNDAY to SUNDAY (7 night stay) during peak season, allowing you to avoid that Saturday traffic!



The owners have been working hard to provide you a beautiful place to stay! So, come, relax, and walk to all the popular spots in Wildwood. After you park your car (in the 2 car garage or in the 1 spot in the driveway), you can get settled in to the freshly painted home and enjoy furniture that is BRAND NEW for the 2021 season. This home can sleep seven very comfortably. The Master Bedroom offers a queen bed, dresser, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bath with a shower, sink, and spacious vanity. The 2nd bedroom also offers a queen bed and dresser, and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle (for a total of 3 twin beds) and a dresser. In the hallway, you will find another full bath with shower and tub as well as a sink and vanity. You can relax in the living room on the new sofa and loveseat while enjoying the 65” Smart TV. The kitchen offers new dinnerware for 8 as well as children’s dishes, glassware, new pots and pans, a 12 cup coffee pot, toaster, and blender. Gather around the dining table for meals or for game night – it has 6 chairs, with additional seating for 2 on the stools at the island.

When you decide to venture out, you will be a short walk to everywhere you want to go. The condo is only 2 blocks to the beach or Convention Center, Âœ block from Mudhen Brewery, and 1 block from popular Poppi’s or the Dogtooth Bar & Grill.

The condo was spotless and plenty of room for the whole family to relax after a day of adventures. The location couldn’t be better: we loved being able to stroll right to the beach, water park, and amusement park without ever needing the car. The kids were thrilled to find a stash of little toys waiting for them, which kept them happily entertained. Check-in and check-out were a breeze thanks to the clear, easy instructions. Overall, it made our trip effortless and fun, and it is exactly what you want in a vacation stay!

This was our first family vacation. I have never done a rental before. This was absolutely beautiful, clean, convenient right by the beach and boardwalk! Owner was fast with replying and answered all questions. My children loved the rental. It had more than enough space for 6 of us. I would 100% rent this property again!

Perfect place for family vacation

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Wildwood! The unit was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The kitchen was well equipped (just bring some Tupperware and paper towels—those were the only things we found ourselves needing). The location couldn’t be better—everything is within walking distance, including great restaurants, the boardwalk, and the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Wildwood weekend

Great location. Easy walk to everything you need. Very nice unit just be aware its 2 fughts of stairs to get to it. Easily parked 3 SUVs and a motorcycle. I hope to get it again sometime.

Great location to boardwalk and restaurants

We stayed with our teen boys and a couple of their friends away. Since it was a key code it was easy to let the boys come and go. The place is close to the beach and many different styles of restaurants.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay - we were close to the beach and the tram car start zone which was awesome - the unit itself was spacious and definitely well taken care of - however with A cleaning fee, I did expect the place to be cleaner - don’t get me wrong - it wasn’t filthy - but the owners cleaning service is definitely cutting corners - also the listing doesn’t tell you it’s 3rd floor - or that smokers can’t even smoke on the deck outside - which would have been useful info PRIOR to paying (2 flights of steps in the middle of the night to smoke - does not scream vacation to me lol) and just a heads up to you 420 friendly - despite it being legal in jersey - it is not legal on this property (also should be in the listing) but outside of all that - the owners were great - the place was great and we had an awesome time - def recommend

Beautiful place close to the Beach

TrĂšs belle place. Photos et description justes et vĂ©ridiques! TrĂšs complet, on ne manque de rien, les Ă©quipements nĂ©cessaires sont sur place. Un chariot de plage, des chaises de plage, des jouets de sable, etc. Dans le condo, il y a aussi deux matelas gonflables et parc et chaise haute pour bĂ©bĂ©. Bon confort dans le salon et les matelas des chambres (sauf la chambre du milieu). La rue est trĂšs passante (rue principale) mais aucunement dĂ©rangeant de l’intĂ©rieur du condo (mis Ă  part LE char qui s’amuse Ă  passer et faire des back fire tout le temps 😉). La rue mĂšne directement Ă  la plage, environ 10-12 minutes de marche jusqu’au Boardwalk. On y retournerait avec grand plaisir!!

Perfect location

If you do not want to drive anywhere, easy walking distances to restaurants beach, Wawa etc. sleeps seven comfortable. Plenty of room to add a couple air mattresses. The few questions I had owners got back to me right away.Thanks Dave and Chris!!!

Great stay!

Bright & inviting. The older teens who stayed with us & their friends who came to hang out loved playing the Wii. A lot of places within walking distance, including the boardwalk. The furniture was comfy too. I’ve rented places where they had outdoor wicker furniture in their living room. Terrible. We all had a great time.

Great place

I needed a place for our work team to attend a convention all week and it was a great place for us to gather in the kitchen and living room and the outside deck. We all had our own space to sleep. The owner was outstanding to deal with an answer immediately with any questions I had prior to my arrival and on the day we left I was able to reach it right away. They were very accommodating to our needs and the stay was very comfortable.

Such a great place to stay with friends for a week!

Everything was great. Awesome location to bars, restaurants, shopping. Ample space with families and friends to go and stay. The beds were not very comfortable, and the walk to the beach was far. But overall, we had a fantastic experience!

Wonderful week at Wildwood!

Convenient location. Very clean, attractive decor, furniture in good condition, and had everything we needed. Loved the layout! MBR in the back provided privacy. Despite being on a main street, noise was never an issue. We'd definitely rent it again!

Hello! We are Cris and David. We live in PA, but David is originally from NJ and grew up near the beach. We have always wanted our own piece of paradise. We have 3 kids, and we all love the beach and fell in love with Wildwood on a family vacation there.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We had been dreaming of/looking for the perfect place, and when we saw this condo, we knew it was the one for us! It comfortably accomodates our family of 5 PLUS the grandparents, is close to our favorite restaurants and is a short walk to the beach.
