SPACIOUS 3 bed/2 bath condo, free parking, only 2.5 blocks to beach!

Fun in the sun right in the heart of Wildwood, NJ! Located just 2.5 blocks from the boards and beach. This spacious 1,750 sq. ft. open concept condo is an ideal place for your summer vacation. Great retreat for couples and family-friendly. We make every effort to provide our guests with all the comforts and amenities of home without all the hassle! Cathedral ceilings in living and dining areas allow for full sun with lots of light. It includes both a front and rear balcony with outdoor seating for relaxing outside and enjoying the summer breezes. There is a fantastic view of the Friday night fireworks from the rear balcony! Fireworks begin Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend.

The unit has three bedrooms that sleep 8 guests comfortably, two full baths, hardwood floors throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for twelve, central air, ceiling fans, private laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, portable crip and highchair, in-house safe, free Wi-Fi, beach chairs, and an on-site locked garage with two dedicated spaces for free off-street parking. Free on-street parking is available for additional vehicles.

Most linens (bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels & beach towels) are the responsibility of the guest to bring from home and mandatory to help us preserve the life of the anti-microbial & allergen free mattress and pillow protectors. Two pillows per guest and a light quilt on each bed are provided at no additional cost. Enhanced cleaning practices are implemented at this property as outlined by the CDC.

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. Travelers who cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in will get back 50% of the amount they've paid. However, we know these are uncertain times and we will make every effort to work with you if the unexpected does occur at the last minute. If we can rebook your week, you will receive a full refund minus a $100.00 administrative fee.

Nice beach spot

The condo had everything you need and 2 parking spots were a bonus. Short walk to beach and boardwalk. The owner was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Plenty of space for our group of 10. Pictures and listing are very accurate. Nice spot for a stay at the beach.

Vacation Get Away

Place is amazing and worth every penny. We really enjoyed ourselves and would book again. One thing I wish I knew to bring was hand towels and a dish towel for the kitchen. Everything else you could think of was provided and it made things easy to relax.

The condo was well maintained, clean and beautiful. It was well equipped and comfortable. Communication was quick and the owner was extremely kind and courteous. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Other then the cleaner being there passed 6 pm so check in was late, overall evelyne is really nice and punctual to all your questions. It was a great house and great week spent t with family and friends. Thank you Evelyne

Clean and roomy not to far from the beach close to restaurants within walking distance. The only negative I would say, my wife and I couldn't get comfortable in the bed.

Celebrating 16

My daughter brought a few friend to celebrate her 16th on the beach and boardwalk. The property was perfect! They (and the rest of us) were able to easily walk to the boardwalk/ beach and had a wonderful time. The room of bunk beds was perfect for the girls and the rest of the apartment was beautiful. We had a great time.

We enjoyed staying at the condo. Walked many places. We didn’t need to move the car. If someone has problems doing stairs this might not be the place for them.

The property is a nice size. It has all that you need for a comfortable stay. It is as described although the living room couch is not a pull out. We didn’t need it, so it was no big deal. The Owner is a great communicator and was quick and thorough with her responses. She is top notch.

Trip for a music festival

This location was perfect for our weekend away. Location was perfect! We parked when we got there and only drove once to get groceries. The house had everything we needed. We had one minor issue and the owner was very quick to help and so kind. The condo is beautiful! Very spacious with a ton of storage. The closets even have plenty of hangers! ( I hate when closets have no hangers or only a couple) We would definitely stay here again!

Would book again!

The place was wonderful and the owner was absolutely awesome. We had some issues on our first night as a result of the electric company substation issue that caused widespread power outages. Even though this was totally out of the owners control, she went out of her way to keep us informed and comfortable. We had a blast and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place has everything you could need. Owner really thought of everything! There were games, and a whole spin rack of menus and brochures, fully stocked kitchen! Plenty of dresser space, closets, hangers, and towel hooks, etc. (all things that seem to be in short supply other places we’ve stayed). Location was great and allowed us to leave the car parked and just walk to the beach, boards and shops. We would definitely stay there again - it was a great place!

Vacation rental

This property was very nice. My only concerns were the lack of extra blankets, ants were in the master bedroom , found on the furniture, very upsetting. The listing needs to be updated. There was no sleep sofa. There were the 2 sets of bunk beds, and trundle bed, no twin bed as listed. All in all, we enjoyed the property, but not the 2 flights of stairs. We would not rent a second floor property again, too hard with luggage.

Thank you for your feedback, it is much appreciated. I apologize for the ant problem. We have spray-treated the perimeter both inside and outside for ants this season and will make sure to spray again. Unfortunately, ants are unavoidable in Wildwood, but we do our best to keep them at bay. I forgot to update the listing regarding the sofa bed. We just removed the old couches this year and purchased beautiful new leather couches, as well as a super-comfy oversized chair, for additional seating. The new couches do not have a pull-out bed. I will correct this in the listing. Thank you for bringing it to my attention. The trundle bed is considered the "twin bed". My apologies again for any confusion. Although we do provide light quilts on all the beds, we do not have additional blankets. It is the responsibility of the guests to provide their own sheets, bath, beach towels, and additional blankets for future reference. Otherwise, I am glad to hear you enjoyed the condo.
