There are 9 exterior audio/video security cameras that record 24/7 the ENTIRE perimeter of the home/property including the front and back doors. There are no cameras inside. The monitor in the kitchen allows guests to view the cameras for their security, viewing pleasures and peace of mind.

The space
Enjoy the open-floor plan inclusive of living, dining & game room. The living room is really an entertainment room with a large 75” TV and plenty of comfortable sofas. The adjoining game room contains a revolving game table to shoot a game of pool, play air hockey or sport a game of table tennis/ping pong!

There is a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals, which you can eat at the formal dining room for six or on 1 of 2 patios. You can take a dip in the glistening pool in the spacious back yard. NOTE: The pool is NOT heated and the diving board is off limits.

The home's two spacious bedrooms are both equipped with super luxurious, queen size, adjustable, Tempur-Pedic beds and have ample closet/drawer space. The full bathroom has a bathtub and shower. NOTE: The master bedroom/bathroom are NOT for guest use.

There is one parking spot on the driveway and unlimited and unrestricted street parking. NOTE: The garage is NOT for guest use.
